Their coffee is really good however they are very expensive and I can get the same thing somewhere else for cheaper.

Superior service, fast and friendly! I've been to seven brew all over before.. the staff here are top-notch and the manager was really awesome. Drinks are delicious and always made right, unlike other coffe shops like Starbucks, Dunkin and Tim's. This place is always consistently good

They prepared americano in 30 seconds. I will never forget the unpleasant taste. I don’t like to be rude to people, but this place deserves this comment.
Just ordered coffee in the drive thru. Service was quick efficient and excellent flavor coffee.

The ordering was a little painful. Too many questions were asked about what I want with all these different customization options after the fact what I told them what I want. All this with music blasting so I can barely hear the employee taking my order. Also, why do only young girls get hired to work at this establishment? They would be easy pickings for a gender discrimination lawsuit.

Horrible customer service. First off, they almost made us pay for the wrong order but then proceeded to give us the wrong order. After getting the correct order there was so much ice in our drinks that my brother couldn’t even put the straw in his lemonade. We asked for a different drink with less ice, and after they took it back inside, they came back out and said that it was against their policy to take it and give them another drink with less ice.

I never got the chance to get her name but the short girl who was taking orders outside with blonde hair on top and black hair underneath changed everything for me I was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago and I woke up this morning feeling extremely under the weather and not only did her smile make my afternoon but she complimented my hair and it’s not noticeable yet but it’s been falling out slowly so that meant everything to me and I believe god sent her to me this afternoon she took my order nice and quick was smiling at all her coworkers and told me to have a beautiful day also to the workers inside who made my drink it was wonderful and I would’ve ordered ten more thank you vestal 7brew
