The food was sooo good. My daughter is pretty picky when it comes to salad and ranch dressing , but she knows she can go here every time and she will get what she wants and it never fails.

Was here on the 19th of March for my daughter's birthday I spent $83 including a tip my total got updated on the 27th they took over $169 out of me I called yesterday was told that my money would be back on my card by the end of the day it is now the next day and I still haven't seen nothing with no answers I will never go to this place again bunch of theives

We came down from Rochester, Ny to visit my sister in Vestal, Ny. She wanted to go to Applebees, but I didn’t. I had a very bad experience at Applebees in Lansing, Ny. The manager was very rude and unknowledgeable about gluten free products. When we got to Applebees the manager Jennifer (please forgive me if the name is wrong) was so helpful and knowledgeable about her products. It was a pleasure eating at the facility. Even Barb our waitress was on point with everything. I would definitely come back and recommend this Applebees to everyone Kenny Beaty

Usually always go here and never have problem but tonight changed that went here for my daughter's birthday dinner tonight and we were sat quickly which was awesome I ordered a 8oz sirloin asked for it medium my wife ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo and my children ordered cheese burgers my wifes food was so salty it was gross my kids both complained that the pickles tasted sour and my steak was so raw I didn't even finish it should of sent it back but I've seen to many videos of food being tampered with to even trust it now 4 hours later my stomach is in so much pain and I'm so nauseous I can't even think straight think it'll be awhile before I'm willing to return

Outstanding restaurant the moment we walked in to the moment walking out in tears. The lady asked table for 2 when I replied 2 but a 3rd setting please. At first she looked confused until I said I just lost my step dad. I wish I could give them a 10 star. They brought a 3rd setting and the food is perfect. When the waiter came and said we are so sorry for your loss this is on them I started crying because my step dad and I would fight (jokingly) about paying the bill.

Went with friends after hanging out all day because they wanted the blue shark drink. I don’t drink, but they both said it was incredible! I’ve always liked Applebee’s but don’t go often, yet every time feels just as good (if not better) than the last! Incredible food for a reasonable price in a cozy amber atmospheric room is the perfect way to finish a good day!
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, so probably not a good choice if you don’t eat meat.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Applebee’s! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated quickly. The food was delicious, hot, and perfectly prepared. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
A special shoutout to the manager, Tylor, who went above and beyond to check in on our table and ensure we were enjoying our meal. It’s clear that he takes pride in great customer service and runs a top-notch team. We will definitely be coming back again soon!
Our server's name was Joey he was incredibly good at his job as a server and made sure we had drink refills and that our food came out okay the one star review is not about him. I got my chicken and broccoli alfredo and took a couple of bites and immediately knew that something was up the chicken was pretty much charred on the outside and was dry as is this Sahara desert and the broccoli and the pasta had a funky taste to it I tried to munch on the broccoli as best as I could but I ended up leaving most of the entre there and I didn't want to complain because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I then proceed to go home for a couple of hours before I start violently vomiting. I threw up about five times not to mention the liquid stream pouring out of my ass. Two of my other friends who went with me as well mentioned that they had upset stomachs after the trip as well. That is three out of six people who had indigestion from Applebee's. Quite frankly I would save your money and just go to Chili's or Red Robin or something
