I’m not one to leave reviews ever but my god whoever’s working in that kitchen today has no idea what they’re doing they need to pick up the pace! Wasted nearly my entire 45 min lunch break just trying to get food and it wasn’t even busy! Seriously had a cook come and ask what I wanted so he could start making it because the people taking orders were just ignoring the people waiting to get their order taken! And then my good day there and got cold right in front of me because she wouldn’t simply hand it to me! Even the cook was pointing at it not understanding why it was still sitting there

The weirdest burger king! The single stall bathroom has no lock on the door and the toilet is on far side of bathroom. You need two people to use it to guard door. Such creepy location.

If you get $5 your way. You get a small drinks sandwich fries and nuggets. Everything is so tiny. I'm am very disappointed about the service there. Will go to either McDonald's or Wendy's. Not here.

I went here after working a long twelve hour shift to get something to eat on my way home from work, which is an hour and a half drive. I ordered a large order of fries and specifically told them not a lot of salt but they ended up doing what I asked them not to do, I also ordered chicken tenders. As I was driving home after I ate these items, my stomach started hurting with a lot of pressure to where it was an uncomfortable ride home. Then I had felt the urge to needing to deficate. Luckily I made it home on time to use the bathroom. I had a rough night trying to sleep because I had so much pain and very gasious. I ended up missing work today because of this. I think they need to check their oil that they cook their food in because I think that’s what the cause of my stomach sickness was. I missed 14hrs of work today thank you Burger King.
I wanted to share a huge thank you to the woman working the first window at drive thru today 7/27 around noon. My 4 year old daughter was having a major meltdown in the dinning room and it was hard to get her settled down. She is autistic and mostly non verbal, so it’s hard to get her calmed down when she is overtired. The woman came up to us with a toy for her and that kindness just meant the world to me. My daughter has issues with food, so I always have to pack her a lunch wherever we go, so she doesn’t experience the toys very much. It is now her new favorite toy and it truly made her day! Thank you again to this woman for being such a kind person.
The service was also excellent from the rest of the staff!

Got the 2 for 5 jr whopper dealy. I got more than 2....for the 5....I also got horrible stomach for that day and next. Warning I think they give old food when we order these app deals.

The food was freshly made. They accommodated our request for an order of Fries no salt. They came out the same time as the salted orders. I used the BK app and selected the pick up option. I was able to order 2 Free sandwiches with my accrued points. Plus on the app it was 3.00 WHOPPER Wednesday. Plus any any size order of Fries with the purchase of 1.00 or more.USE THE APP for pick up,drive thru and delivery. We chose pick up, our order was ready when we arrived. We sat in the dining room. The building was clean . The bathrooms were very cleanly. There was an attendant picking the area and wiping down tables.
Parking: Park on the Pay at Window/Drive thru side of building. There is an entrance at the rear. It is easier to leave/back up. During busy hours the Drive thru customers block the parked cars. Not everybody leaves a space to back up.
Kid-friendliness: The staff smiled and were friendly interacting with other staff & customers.

Ordered a whopper with no tomato, light lettuce and onion but with extra ketchup on the app for drive thru pick up. Burger was very dry and hardly had any ketchup at all. It actually had more mayo than ketchup and that was about the only thing you could taste was mayo. So much for "having it your way"!

Zero stars. 11:00 p.m. 2 Fridays back.... I was super hungry after an already unpleasant night of shopping. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I waited at least 20 mins in line at the drive thru before I drove away NEVER to return. Made a better decision by stopping by Wegmans! I purchased food that was ?% upgrade from the one molecule from plastic served at BK!!!
