I got charged extra for something I didn't even get. I don't get fast food often because it's so expensive. I decided to treat myself today, and it wasn't even worth it.

The employees did great on making and serving their whoppers, fries and also Hershey’s Sundae Pies, they were really good and it’s highly recommended. I did got to try the triple whopper with the cheese and bacon, it was so delicious. I also did got fries and it’s very tasty. I did got the Hershey’s Sundae Pie, it was also very good. One of the best places to ever go to and eat! ??

I have been to this Burger King many times and never had an issue until now. The past two times I have been there have been either cold food, over baked heat lamp fries or holding crispy chicken for too long. Make me not want to come here anymore. Management needs to do their job and make sure things on done by the book or just get rid of the people that wish not to take their job seriously.
