Love, love, love this restaurant. The food is great the atmosphere very chill. I have been dining here since they opened and I eat here atleast twice a month. I have recommended Caffe Del Corso to all my friends and business associates.
I finally got in to have their dinner options. Previously, I’ve enjoyed their panini (The Cuban), and some of their beverages (get the iced Coconut Cream, it’s the liquid dessert you never knew you needed.
We enjoyed the paccheri with oxtail ragu. The flavor was nice and the macaroni was cooked nicely, (not overdone). The oxtail, as in some ragu, is a bit sparse. We also had the stuffed chicken breast rolled up with asparagus, feta cheese, and prosciutto....

I knew my husband would order the steak. I was torn between two different risotto dishes, so I went with the ribeye as well. Hands down, the best steak I've ever tasted! And it's true what everyone says about those amazing potatoes.
We got desserts to go, and they were divine.
Service was attentive, friendly, and helpful with my beer selection. They used to be BYOB, but they do have a liquor license now.
