Came here to rave about Raven, she is such a sweetheart! I was here with 3 kids ordering so it was clearly a stressful task lol, but she was so patient and nice while cashing us out and again when I was clearing up our trash and trying to clean up the mess at our table. Great customer service, thanks again Raven.

Worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle the lady taking the order rushed us through the line and put the wrong ingredients on my entree. When I told her I didn't want the items she put on she picked them off and continued to serve it to me. Horrible service and the food looks like it was sitting on the line for hours. On top of that no one is washing their hands! Sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes and only saw one person wash their hands before preparing food.

Me and my coworker both placed over the counter orders, and the curly haired lady rushed us. She got BOTH orders wrong. Adding the wrong ingredients on,
It’s filthy in here. The cashier is eating chips.
The tables in the lobby are all dirty. The drink area is dirty.
The people in the back are on phones, and have EarPods in.
NO ONE Has washed their hands yet.
I could go on, but it’s not necessary.
I don’t do negative food reviews, but this was exceptional.
At least the curly haired lady washed her hands after sweeping. Yay!!!

Ordered pickup multiple times from this location through DoorDash, orders were never on time which I can understand they seem to not have enough staff. However, the food quality is very inconsistent. Last two times, meat was cooked way too long, then this time the entire bowl was cold and was missing lettuce and only filled 2/3 of the bowl. Some staff members are friendly and others not so much.

Place is a disorganized mismanaged mess. I've been here twice and never again, there's garbage and stuff everywhere all over the floor where the customer can see I can't imagine what the back looks like. Seem to be short staffed I would assume because there isn't a proper manager. This has been my first experience with chipotle I hope other locations don't function like this because this place should be closed.

Ghosty Pony

Went into this Chipotle over a week ago, but felt the need to add this. The restaurant had one of the massive 50+ gallon outdoor trash barrels brought inside next to the dine-in trash bins and was stacked with a full trash bag on top of another full trash bag (Over 100 gallons of trash) plus the trash bins I mentioned were so full it was crammed into and overflowing the bin chutes on both, with a mountain of just free trash sitting on top of them because guests had nowhere else to put it.

Concerning about overall cleanliness.

**UPDATE** Photo added November 5th, stopped by just to see if trash still is bad. While not AS bad, it is still worse than it should be.

This is the second time I've uber eats an order and they didnt put any meat(carne asada) in my bowl. Over priced and very disappointing when they charge almost 5 extra dollars for the carne asada so here I am with a veggie bowl again

These girls that's working here today are just throwing the food in bowls. Making the food look disgusting. The salad dressing doesn't taste as good as it usually does...my experience today wasn't good at all..
