Location is clean and staff is friendly but useless. We tried to purchase a fun pass online but were having difficulty with the website accepting any cards we tried. They all declined even though all the information was accurate. We were told we couldn't purchase or activate the yearly fun pass at the counter it HAD to be bought online. We explained the situation to the cashier who was relaying it over a radio. 2 cards, different banks, both declined and when we called both banks there was no charge presented so they were never actually declined. The cashier basically said she's 18 and can't help, the manager can't help and corporate gets angry if there are too many complaints. We just wanted help making the purchase, we didn't get angry at the employees or yell but a manager never came out to talk to us or to try to help. We stood at the counter for over 30 minutes trying to buy these passed and all they did was offer us THEIR iPad to use. Guess what, that didn't work either. Won't be buying a pass and won't be going back.

If you want to be ripped off (money and prizes) come check out this place. It was $80 for 100 game tickets. The games were not the greatest. In a normal arcade you get 2-5 chances/balls for a game. You get ONE chance here. We had at least 5 games take our tickets but never let us play or work correctly. Most games you win 1 or 2 prize tickets…it was 100 prize tickets for a normal size airhead. So $80 for an Airhead and sticker… Mind blown. I would not recommend going here.

Went for my son's 15th Birthday along with another friend. We sent 2 hours and had a good time. We also enjoyed the Ticket Blaster activity.

It is what it is. Budget pizza, not great service. Games were not working or didn't have what you needed to play. For instance, skee-ball had only 3 balls and you are supposed to get 7. Glad I didn't pay to play.

My grandchildren and I have a blast every time we come.
Overall not a bad place. The way it’s marketed is “Where a kid can be a kid” however, staff member told my child she couldn’t participate in jumping on the trampoline. After spending $150 overall, which was already expensive. My child can’t run around and be a kid? She can’t just simply jump on the 2 square little trampolines?? We need to pay further on top of the already 150 dollars?!? I get if there’s a birthday party who has access and she’s not apart of the party. Then yes I get it, buy access. But nobody was here. God sakes let her just have fun for 10 minutes before she moves onto the next fun thing. Other than that the food was good. Pizza is great. Salad bar was good aswell. Staff seemed short but friendly enough. Overall 3 stars. Sorry not sorry.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday here a week ago and plan to also have my 4 year olds birthday there in a couple weeks. Chuckie cheese took care of everything. All we had to do was show up and have a blast for 2 hours!!
