My kids had a great time, I can't believe the games only cost 1 point so with the coupon deal you get a large pizza 4 sodas 120 points for games and 2 adventure zone bracelets! Definitely a fun affordable night out with the family. The young man that helped us at the prize counter 15 mins before closing, deserves a raise! So kind and patient. If we didnt live so far away we would go a few times a month.

What a wonderful experience I absolutely had a blast and it was very much affordable for 7 kids and 8 adults with extra adds on. Absolutely a blast for the adults and even more fun for the kids. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more laid back and enjoyable kids birthday

We love chuck e cheese. Very clean, great food, and a new play area makes it a wonderful place to take your kids.

Location is clean and staff is friendly but useless. We tried to purchase a fun pass online but were having difficulty with the website accepting any cards we tried. They all declined even though all the information was accurate. We were told we couldn't purchase or activate the yearly fun pass at the counter it HAD to be bought online. We explained the situation to the cashier who was relaying it over a radio. 2 cards, different banks, both declined and when we called both banks there was no charge presented so they were never actually declined. The cashier basically said she's 18 and can't help, the manager can't help and corporate gets angry if there are too many complaints. We just wanted help making the purchase, we didn't get angry at the employees or yell but a manager never came out to talk to us or to try to help. We stood at the counter for over 30 minutes trying to buy these passed and all they did was offer us THEIR iPad to use. Guess what, that didn't work either. Won't be buying a pass and won't be going back.
