Overall not a bad place. The way it’s marketed is “Where a kid can be a kid” however, staff member told my child she couldn’t participate in jumping on the trampoline. After spending $150 overall, which was already expensive. My child can’t run around and be a kid? She can’t just simply jump on the 2 square little trampolines?? We need to pay further on top of the already 150 dollars?!? I get if there’s a birthday party who has access and she’s not apart of the party. Then yes I get it, buy access. But nobody was here. God sakes let her just have fun for 10 minutes before she moves onto the next fun thing. Other than that the food was good. Pizza is great. Salad bar was good aswell. Staff seemed short but friendly enough. Overall 3 stars. Sorry not sorry.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday here a week ago and plan to also have my 4 year olds birthday there in a couple weeks.
Chuckie cheese took care of everything. All we had to do was show up and have a blast for 2 hours!!

2nd time here. My kids liking the place is most of what matters. Staff were attentive and pleasant, no attitude of any kind - staff are practically kids themselves. I enjoyed that there's some sort of mental barrier using physical space denoting smaller vs bigger kids area.

I paid $41 per kid for 2 hours, unlimited play. They have a little trampoline bouncy house thing, where your child will have to wear nonslip socks. If you don't bring your own, it costs $12 for a pair of Chuck E Cheese nonslip socks. Decent souvenir but that's a tad extensive. I feel like most parents end up coughing up the $12 to not upset their kids.

Food is pricey too but to be expected. I'd rather go to IHOP that's across the street or any other eatery in the area for the price they're charging but these darn kids wear me out so much that I just wanna go straight home afterwards. $20/$21 for a pizza about the size of a medium pizza hut pie or less. There's an all you can drink cup that you just keep refilling, which I think is around $4.

Bathrooms and facilities appeared clean. Plenty of space in the parking lot. I'm happy this is a kids place with no loud music like at Dave and Busters across the river. Overall, I'd visit again if my kids asked.

No pics from me on this review because I had to chase my little ones and keep them safe from themselves.

My kids absolutely love this place. As everything I wish the prices were lower but we always have a good time. Clean place. No issues with games being broken. The app gives us rewards.

We were quickly greeted at the door as we came in with a friendly associate. But the friendliness ended there. I advised the girl at the desk this was our first visiting. There was no description of what was available. Just get a card and move on. We explained we wanted to jump as well. She said no problem. When we went to jump at the trampoline area we were quickly turned away. The male associate was very abrupt and rude to every child he spoke with no just mine. He was just down right miserable. He needs to be trained in customer service and change his approach with the public. $10 extra to jump on a small area not worth the price when bringing a family Chucky Cheese came out shook hands with the kids and returned to his mouse hole. He did NOT interact or dance with the kids. Seemed a bit stand off-ish

I haven't been there in years, used to take my boys but it was getting rough, and we stopped. Took my 5 year old daughter today and she had a blast! I loved that she could get some energy out at the little trampoline park. And that you pay by the hour instead per game, and you can even pause it while the kids eat! So clean there, too! Food was good as well, I had the salad bar and my daughter had a personal pizza. We will be back!

Grandaughter had a great time.

Parking: Parking all around the building.

Kid-friendliness: It is pretty much a place for kids to have fun playing games and jumping on the trampoline. Plenty of food and lots of choices for the kids.

I'm a little upset about how the games work with the game cards. When you wave your card to the game, it should lock up and only let you wave it 1x, until you complete the game before it let's you wave the game card to activate it again. I bought a summer pass for 100 games and it ended in 15 minutes. The sensors are too sensitive that when the card was waved to activate it, it ticked like 20 games instead of 1. Luckily the manager was nice and checked it out for me, but I don't want it happening every time we're there. This situation needs to be fixed so it stops happening. If you don't pay attention, it's ripping you off.

Very clean location. We purchased a groupon for 1hr of play time and saved like $6. We didn’t try the food but it looked good and the salad bar was very neat and well maintained. Make sure to download the app to get 500 free tickets.

Let me just start off with I paid 100$ for just a pizza & a chicken wing meal that came with 4 small boneless chicken wing with half cooked fries & cheese bread that had hard cheese & 3 drinks & 60 min of play time . My baby went up to the trampoline the worker came over said “she needs to get off you have to pay 12$ to get on” . Then looks at a kid about 6yrs old no parent around says “you need to pay 12$to get on u have to get off” Then apologized & said the place is just money hungry which was 100% correct they took out the tubes for kids to play no more tickets or coins tiny section for smaller kids to get on rides. The dressed up chuckie came out for 5 mins waved & went right back to the back there was no point of him coming out . Back than everything was included u didn’t have to pay extra for anything everything to play with was included the people that worked there just looked miserable & if u want a nice toy without having 7 or 8000 tickets forget it . Honestly this place needs to just be put out of business corporate made it all about money it used to be a place to take the kids on a budget & have the most fun now it’s like you paying a arm & leg for poor service & a time limit on playing the games I would never go back to this place they took all the fun out of it
