Today is my autistic son’s 26th birthday. I came to this location as a first time customer. I picked out my cake and waited at the counter. I rang the bell a few times before anyone came to the counter. I then asked the cashier can I I get writing on the cake. She said if the girl in the back knows how to write on the cake, then yes. The next clerk approached without a greeting and was trying to work the register. She didn’t know how to cash me out. I’m a store manager and this is unacceptable. No one in there knows how to operate the establishment! Where’s the store manager? None of them need to be employed. No sense of urgency, care or concern for the customer. For my first time it will be my last!! Horrible customer service!!

Ordered the coffee lovers only via doordash and they gave me it with peanut butter mixed in (that is not one of the ingredients). Thought it was a simple error and ordered it again within minutes of receiving the wrong order. They once again mixed in peanut butter that does not belong. I called the store to let them know that someone is making the Coffee Lovers incorrectly and this could be deadly for someone with a peanut allergy....I have yet to receive a call back.

Next week our son starts kindergarten, so we thought it would be fun to take a soecial trip 45 minutes, to the closest Cold Stone. To save time, we even ordered ahead on the app.
When we arrived, there was one family at the counter. We stood by the big “online pick-up” sign, figuring that was our spot. The employee cashed them out then turned and disappeared to the back without so much as a glance in our direction (we were literally the only people in the store).
Another family walked in and she help them. While making their order, a large group came in she jumped to help them too. Meanwhile, our little online order apparently became invisible. I even moved directly in front of the register ,but nope that didnt help. She still cashed out someone else right in front of me.
Finally, my husband and I both said “excuse me” at the exact same time (teamwork makes the dream work), and only then did ANOTHER coworker come over and say, “Oh, did you need something ”
It ended up taking nearly 20 minutes to pick up an online order… in a store that was basically empty the whole time.

Way overpriced. For the price of one small cup of ice cream I can buy a half gallon and get change. Highly overrated.

They make the orders wrong & if you decide to call them they do nothing about it. Idk maybe remake & getting it right this time? They clearly hire air heads or flat out dumbasses. The managers are never to be found. The ice cream is over charged, tastes like freezer & barely gives toppings that YOU paid for. Overall, THIS PLACE SUCKS DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️

How can you BUILD YOUR OWN SUNDAE there and not be able to build your own sundae ? The women working there today was very short with us and when we wanted to make our own sundaes ? she refused to let us do just that. Highly overrated if you ask me and my family but to each there own.
