How can you BUILD YOUR OWN SUNDAE there and not be able to build your own sundae ? The women working there today was very short with us and when we wanted to make our own sundaes ? she refused to let us do just that. Highly overrated if you ask me and my family but to each there own.

bad service. I ordered and paid for my cake, they knew they no longer have that cake but they didn't notify me in advance. When I arrived they were like We don't have it, you can pick another one of the same price in the fridge. No one apologized. They even didn't help find the flavor I wanted. Cold hearts.

Cold Stone is a pronounced ice cream restaurant that serves a fine variety of flavors. I ordered the brownie cup with cookie dough ice cream and caramel/hot fudge. The brownie enriched the cup to create a sensational dessert. I did not have a wait for my order and the restaurant was very clean. The only way I could be happier is if the cup was not as expensive as it currently is. Coming in at close to $10, it is near the costly side of my price chart.

Went there w my roommate. It was really busy and we waited patiently. I made my order quick and easy. A scoop of cookie dough with twix and kit kat. However, when i got home they had mixed up the twix with butterfingers. Theyre lucky i didnt have a peanut allergy or that couldve ended badly. The service was fine, but that little mess-up couldve ended real bad for someone else.
