The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. Always have a great time here. The employees are usually very sweet. But yesterday morning, Kylie working the counter was very rude. Even though I was next in line, she served her friend first and proceeded to have a 3 minute conversation with her while I was standing right there waiting to place an order while we were trying to head to work. I get wanting to be able to have a quick conversation with someone you know at work but it was a ridiculously long time.
Im a dunkin fan. Have been since I was a kid(who shouldnt have been drinking coffee, but yolo). I enjoy this site, more than I can say. People are friendly, even at the busiest part of the day, food/drink is precise and atmosphere is pleasant.
