Impressed the employees can talk and work at the same time, some locations can't manage that. When someone orders something hot, it should be hot. My dunkin wrap was cold. Disgusting. Weirdos in the store. Strange pulling in and having to watch out for the dri e thru, just to park. No entrance near the parking in the back, must go all the way around to the front. Not handicap accessible

Basic order, they forgot my pink donut. Waited 30 min in line. I do not recommend this his spot AT ALL.

Whoever the gentleman is that has been working the drive-thru window in the mornings this week has been so unbelievably rude. In multiple different situations, I’ve tried to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking he’s had a bad day, and that the next time I go it would be better, but each and every time I’ve come to this location and had him help me, it’s been unacceptable “service”. Extremely rude and unhelpful, he really should not be working in customer service. This location is more convenient for me, but I’ll just drive down the road and go to the dunkin near weis, they’re less convenient but MUCH more pleasant.

This morning I came and an employee named Curtis was here no one else on site they left him with nothing he came through with hot coffee and was calm polite and very respectful he made customers feel comfortable knowing the situation was not a good for himself this man deserves a raise and all the hype for still while no food was left. For him to use and no other employees or manager present like he was left to fend for himself he made others coffee and apologized for the situation manager material at its finest he is who Duncan donut’s should look for in their employees
