They didn't give me my full order after paying for it and don't even have the common decency to answer the phone.
Rude and honestly pathetic to rob people who work hard and decide to try getting a sweet treat and get played instead.

Decided I'd use a gift card I received for a dozen donuts and get a treat for the family. Unfortunately they were out of boxes to place the donuts in so we received five different bags with a mixed variety.Any donuts with frosting or sprinkles became stuck together as a result of the lack of boxes.Whoever is in charge of inventory dropped the ball or it could be a supplier issue either way that was what lead to the disappointing visit this time around.The family still consumed and enjoyed the donuts even tho the flavors mixed .Maybe next time they will have what they need on hand and be better prepared for consumer demands.

The gas they have here is top notch, great for huffing and killing brain cells, because that's the only way that you may be happy with the service. We went through the drive through and ordered two drinks. The girl at the windows asked us to speak up so she could hear us, not an issue, but come to find out she had an air pod in her ear while taking our order, that's why she asked us to speak up. Anyway I got my drink but instead of the second they gave us a bag of two glazed doughnuts that are apparently worth the $5 drink. She handed us the doughnuts. I gave a confused look and she (girl with the air pod) said "just take it". I laughed and left. Definitely not going back there, would not recommend to anyone unless they are just going for gas.

Usually I wont waste my time with reviews but this DD is ridiculous. I waited 20 plus minutes in drive through with only 2 cars in front of me and no one in the store. Drove off without ordering. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait that long there but it will be the last. Do not waste your time at this one. Go to another in the area.

Customer service needs to get better. People here are dry humor and not friendly. It was just 4 pm, and the woman said she couldn't make a coolata because the dishes were being clean, she was rude about it.

We come here multiple times a week. Dunkin systems were down. Which is fine, I work in an environment where that happens. My buddy placed a mobile order and simply asked how to cancel the order or how to get his money back. The women with the headset on told us there was no way, they didn't know how and there was no manger. My buddy simply asked if there was a manager to call and the women literally blew up on him. Screaming at him saying "what don't understand, no one is here, I can't call anyone, come back tomorrow and speak with the manager. She slapped her hands together and screamed I'm not the one". Another gentleman was trying to deescalate, and she was yelling at him not to talk to us. We were not rude. We work retail. We feel the pain of rude customers. This employee is a big problem and a huge liability. She is literally threatening. He still doesn't have his refund. At this point it is theft. If you look through the reviews, she has a track record.

They put the door dash and Uber eats and grub hub orders to where people can just take it. So they are stealing people's food and they aren't confirming what orders go to the right door dash or Uber eats or grub hub deliverys. They even refuse to remake it if it gets taken by someone it didn't belong to. Instead of having the cart where people can't grab it and making sure they match and confirm the order numbers of who actually is coming to deliver the order. It makes work harder for the delivery drivers and takes from the actual paying customers. They were also very rude and refused to remake it and make it right. So far the worst place to get food or have good customer service.
