Decided I'd use a gift card I received for a dozen donuts and get a treat for the family. Unfortunately they were out of boxes to place the donuts in so we received five different bags with a mixed variety.Any donuts with frosting or sprinkles became stuck together as a result of the lack of boxes.Whoever is in charge of inventory dropped the ball or it could be a supplier issue either way that was what lead to the disappointing visit this time around.The family still consumed...

Customer service needs to get better. People here are dry humor and not friendly. It was just 4 pm, and the woman said she couldn't make a coolata because the dishes were being clean, she was rude about it.

Although they were really busy the staff were so nice and efficient!! Great job to all!! I even heard one lady who appeared to be the manager thank the staff for doing a great job during the rush they had! She could really teach other managers in all types of occupations how to keep their staff happy and motivated!!
