Whoever is working in the drive-thru today October 8th, 2025 around 2:15 pm was very rude.. rushing me to order had a very nasty tone when I got the the window he was just staring at me giving me a dirty look… very disrespectful… 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.. tired to call to make a complaint but phones aren’t working…

lately it’s just been so terrible here, honestly stopped coming here and been going to the one further down the road a little past Walmart their service is faster the customer service is so much better, at least I know if my coffee doesn’t taste right they will fix it no problem.

When my family and I went though the drive threw around 640pm the lady was extremely rude. She need better manners then are drinks taste bad .when we were at the window she keep staring at us with a aggressive look.Who trains this lady with the short black hair. Why would anyone want to go back there. This need to be fixed.

Oddly if you order donuts from any dunkin. It's invisible to them. They will get u coffee but if you want donuts you rlly have to drive that point. They rlly can not see donuts. Idk why haha. They are VERY consistent in missing donuts though.
