I waited 15 minutes at the drive through with no response from the worker finally pull-up to the window was ignored again, and wasn’t able to get my order. Girl was on her phone doing nothing and ignoring me.

Pulled up to the drive thru and who ever the guy was working it was rude. Do not ask what you can get us and then after we state our very simple order with no response after 3 minutes then ask what the order was. Please hire competent employees that want to work instead of just collecting a pay check cause I went and gave my business to another location instead.

I told the wife let’s wait and see to do walk in or drive-through on the app. There was no one in drive-through the place was dead so we ordered on the app at the drive-through and they told us just come in because we’re holding up the line. there was nobody there, so I waited five minutes for them to make my coffee waiting to see if anyone came up to drive through no one did during that time so I had to get out of my car go inside to get the coffee next time don’t order my drive-through. Have a nice day they said.

I order a very common coffee and they never get it right. 5x now they have struggled to get my order accuracy correct. Was b-rated by employees while waiting for my order. Even told to put my phone away because the manager of some sort thought I was recording. It was the worst Dunkin I have ever visited and will never go back. I wish to be contacted by a district manager.

Horrible couldn’t even get a coffee from drive through to going in the store ….waited half hour in the drive through then decided to go inside just to be told it will be a longer
Ok so my fiancé and I went in to get coffee ,and munchkins and the girl behind the counter was obviously having a bad morning you can definitely tell when I told her what I wanted she started aggressively hitting the touchscreen to type my order in and then she huffed long and loud she definitely didn’t hide her attitude towards whatever she was upset by this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her acting this way the other staff has been truly sweet and kind. I told her almond milk no dairy for mine and she puts milk in it then she got called out by one of the workers reminding her she made the wrong order for me and to please fix it she did then slid the drink towards me I said thank you to her as she walked away .Dietary restrictions: Can’t tolerate milk so have to have non dairy

If they don't want to do business at 6 AM maybe they shouldn't advertise they open at 5 which frankly is a joke. I arrived at 6:05 AM and there was a truck pulled up to the dark menu. He sat there...there was no conversation so after sitting there and not moving a couple minutes I gave my horn a quick tap. The guy shrugged his shoulders and hollered at the speaker....nothing. He then pulls around the corner to the pickup window. I pull up to the speaker ....nothing. So I holler asking if they're open....nothing. I pull around the corner just behind the truck. He got a coffee and another wait started. I said the heck with it as I spent enough time there already. Why am I giving this kind of review? Earlier in the week the exact same thing happened. I pull up to a dark menu and had to holler to get someone. I ordered and pulled around to the pickup window and the wait started while the crew reviewed their evening activities. Once again supposedly they open at 5 AM but if you want service find another Dunkin because this on is the worst there is. Theres a couple other Dunkins on this road so I suggest you go there and stay away from this one because I don't think they're willing to do business until 8 AM.
