Absolutely disgusting floor was dirty all garbages were overflowing. The counters were filthy! Wrong drinks made for customers!! I watched the employee touch food and appliances with filthy hands! Waited 10 minutes for coffee!! Will never go to this location again !!

Service was not bad, I ordered a small iced coffee with 1 sugar and 3 cream and proceeded to not put any sugar in my coffee I would have brought it back but I was already gone by the time I took my first sip, the floors were covered in napkins and straws and weird grease spots? Idk I’m probably not coming back

Ordered a cold brew and she said huh, I repeated myself cold brew speaking very slowly what do you want and on the 3rd attempt we agreed I ordered a cold brew. Then getting the drinks messed up and being sloppy with pump numbers the drinks had to be remain. I asked how should I order a cold brew to avoid the difficulty she said just by saying cold brew I know what you want. Then why did it take 3 tries to get the order for 1 drink. This was dunkin #3 today to get coffee you guys suck man.....

Idk if they thought I was stupid but when I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso they handed me one filled with regular milk and no brown sugar. Said something in the drive thru, said they remake it, because it was wrong, handed me back the same drink with some brown sugar added…. really not cool. Didnt want to hold up the drive thru so just left….

The workers there have no respect for Customers or Walmart employees at all they are rude I ordered a coffee they charge me for the wrong size and when I explain to them it was wrong the girl took my coffee and threw it in the trash and said now I get nothing I got cursed out and police called on me I will be calling the corporate office on them

Every time I go to this Dunkin they always disappoint.. The employees customer service sucks ! It could be 30 minutes before closing time and every single time I go their frozen machine is shut down , they have no cold brew , or they can’t do any lattes or nothing. Like why are they shutting everything down 30 minutes prior to closing? The employees always have nasty attitudes as well. I highly don’t recommend this Dunkin if you are looking to get a coffee and want a pleasant experience. If I could give it a rating of zero stars I would.

I don't go to Walmart that often but when I do I stop at Dunkin for a drink. The drinks be done ok but the dining area is a disaster. It is always dirty. I would like to sit and enjoy my coffee after shopping at Walmart but this is never an option. The tables looks like it never clean and it surrounded by dirty floors. I don't know how people sit and eat in that area. Next time I go there I going take pictures and post it on here so you can see what I see. I might send it to corporate too.

So I come here every morning before work and Ginger is always here and she is amazing well this morning someone else was here and she was rude she was nasty and she seemed like I was bothering her from now if Ginger isn't here I am not coming.
