Ordered a cold brew and she said huh, I repeated myself cold brew speaking very slowly what do you want and on the 3rd attempt we agreed I ordered a cold brew. Then getting the drinks messed up and being sloppy with pump numbers the drinks had to be remain. I asked how should I order a cold brew to avoid the difficulty she said just by saying cold brew I know what you want. Then why did it take 3 tries to get the order for 1 drink. This was dunkin #3 today to get coffee you guys suck man.....

Idk if they thought I was stupid but when I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso they handed me one filled with regular milk and no brown sugar. Said something in the drive thru, said they remake it, because it was wrong, handed me back the same drink with some brown sugar added…. really not cool. Didnt want to hold up the drive thru so just left….

The workers there have no respect for Customers or Walmart employees at all they are rude I ordered a coffee they charge me for the wrong size and when I explain to them it was wrong the girl took my coffee and threw it in the trash and said now I get nothing I got cursed out and police called on me I will be calling the corporate office on them

Every time I go to this Dunkin they always disappoint.. The employees customer service sucks ! It could be 30 minutes before closing time and every single time I go their frozen machine is shut down , they have no cold brew , or they can’t do any lattes or nothing. Like why are they shutting everything down 30 minutes prior to closing? The employees always have nasty attitudes as well. I highly don’t recommend this Dunkin if you are looking to get a coffee and want a pleasant experience. If I could give it a rating of zero stars I would.

I don't go to Walmart that often but when I do I stop at Dunkin for a drink. The drinks be done ok but the dining area is a disaster. It is always dirty. I would like to sit and enjoy my coffee after shopping at Walmart but this is never an option. The tables looks like it never clean and it surrounded by dirty floors. I don't know how people sit and eat in that area. Next time I go there I going take pictures and post it on here so you can see what I see. I might send it to corporate too.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order on the go here, I’m walking in and waiting for my order while people who ordered after me get handed all their stuff and mine gets made last. What’s the point of paying ahead when standing in line would have given me the same outcome…
So I come here every morning before work and Ginger is always here and she is amazing well this morning someone else was here and she was rude she was nasty and she seemed like I was bothering her from now if Ginger isn't here I am not coming.

Wow…. it’s usually the same sour faced girl I ended up getting. We go there every time we shop at Walmart, anymore if I see the same employee we go up the road to the other Dunkin. If you don’t like your job then look for a different one to where you’re not working with the public. Once the girl was nice. Once!!! I ordered a new drink, a white chocolate something. The pic looked good. I ended up with a very bland not at all what I ordered. No whip cream or of course no kind of toppings. It was horrible. We are done going to that Dunkin. So disappointing.

Upon entering Walmart, I decided I needed a large coffee while shopping. I walked in and stood there for a minute. The two employees were too busy talking about how bad their schedules were and how busy it has been to immediately greet me and another customer.As I ordered, the one employee walked away and began to make the Coolatta. Once I paid, they began to complain to each other how they hate making these complicated drinks and all the steps. Wow.. As we left, noticed trash can almost overflowing and a few tables that needed to be wiped down.

Totally butchered orders today. Had to remake everything. As I was leaving woman with glasses printed a Mobil order and tagged the drink I handed back. Definitely wasn’t what they ordered either.

While ordering coffee you can tell from the sound of the persons voice she was annoyed. Got to the window I'm guessing it's a manager who took my order. She didn't even say anything, not the price., Not even have a nice day just walk away. Then with that same attitude she talks to her employees with. She doesn't have to say anything, her face tells it all. I understand we all have bad days or don't even want to be at work. But if you truly don't like your job. Just leave.. also, you leave an example how you would want your employees to act but with the stink attitude they will I'm sure give you an attitude back.
