Einstein Bros. Bagels

I come here more often because the staff in Glenn G. Bartle Cafe are rude. At least here, I can usually grab a seat, a bagel or sandwich, and a coffee. So.. last time I was here, I was waiting for my bagel; my coffee was ready. Well, while trying to move something out of the way, my coffee spilled. It spilled while I was holding it, so I still had plenty. But I asked if I could have it poured into a new cup and lid because this cup was now bent out of shape and I also asked for a bunch of paper towels to clean up my mess.

The response I got was an inquisition. Despite offering to clean up everything, like no problem, I spilled it, they’re like well.. what happened with the cup? Why do you need a different cup? Like, I’m not asking for a new coffee or anything extra aside from a cup to pour in what I already have, can we not make this a bigger deal?! Do you think the other students would’ve bothered to offer to clean it up? Do you think I need to listen to the one lady assure the other lady there was nothing wrong with the coffee cup, she closed it herself? I actually don’t and they could really use some additional training if they don’t understand they should accommodate their customers. They can take themselves over to a Starbucks and see what that kind of customer service looks like. Also, don’t buy the Propel water, it’s just juice, full of artificial sweeteners that leave a terrible taste in your mouth.

I ordered off the app so I could save time, i went there when there was about 1 minute left according to the app but when i got there and showed them my order, it not only was not done but i had to wait almost 30 more minutes for it to be done. I literally ordered one sandwhich so I don't understand why it took so long especially when the store was not even that busy. i was so frustated i started silently sobbing. when i finally got my order, the employee only said a simple sorry and that just made me even more upset so when I left I just could not stop crying. I have never been so upset and it is first time writing a review congratulations you guys made such a big impression on me.

Hey, guys. Just letting you guys know that you need to update your menu because I was charged over $6.50 for a cheddar cheese bagel with 1 egg, but the listed price says $5.59. Thanks!

I manage the store located at Binghamton University. It's, in my opinion, the best bagel shops on campus. Great staff and good variety of breakfast sandwiches as well.

Apparently, this restaurant is closed. I'm not sure how a grubhub order could have been placed.

I have never been, but for one of your stores to fire someone with disabilities for not learning quick enough makes me want to avoid this company like the plague. Gross behavior.
