I gave it one more try and it still is a glorified McDonald's burger, actually that's an insult to McDonald's! Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries with a drink. $45 !!! Burgers were dry and overcooked. I've tried multiple 5 guys locations over the years and this will be the last. 5 guys is by far the most overrated burger place in the northeast

I came in the store 1 minute before they were even open and everyone was do kind. I even messed up my online order and they added my toppings for me. They were all immediately friendly and welcoming and energetic and it was such a great experience. My favorite location. Kudos to the team that opened this morning 2/9 and made my day!
Waited 10 minutes for my milkshake already ate my burger watched them give multiple people milkshakes that ordered after me horrible service

Just terrible service makes you feel like a cog in the machine. Pay $20 for greasy burger and wilted fries, and then wait 20 minutes for it! Just a terrible store never going back!

Amazing Team work in every aspect of the shift. Food is double checked for quality and not 1 person didn't have a smile/positiveness... Seasoned fries are th we way to go. Fresh food.. Tables cleaned immediately after use.

I don’t understand what’s so hard about making sure the right shakes get with the right order when you order delivery. We haven’t ordered from here for delivery in a year because they never send the right shake. We decided to try again. What do you know, STILL not the right shake. And with how expensive it is you would think they would make sure they got it right. I’m not even blaming the driver because they are just responsible for grabbing the food that’s handed to them. We are never ordering delivery from here again

This location has gone downhill in the past couple years. Always a ridiculous wait, they frequently mess up orders; most of the employees are doing the absolute bare minimum. Honestly better off just going to Burger King and it’ll be a fraction of the price. I hate to leave a review like this, but I call it like I see it.
order didnt come out as requested when he said ok, on the pickup everybody look at me like i did something wrong, when i didnt and never seen these ppl in my life, disrespected my order, luckly i would hate to lose my boxing license over this but its just my body wont let me get disrespected again, whole crew need to be fire short one first they where all in on it, starting problems with strangers is crazy, get some brains an hire ppl with more common sense an stop judging a book from its cover, u could easly put everybody lifes in danger for playing with ppls food, thank for the future, goodluck/prayers

Another place NOT what it used to be. Seems like a slow Skeleton staff trying to keep up. The Fries and portion have been reduced. And my Burger also Seemed cooled with Un melted cheese also. I'm comparing it to when you Used to have a Great meal at 5 Guys years ago. 5 guys used to be worth the Xtra $$$, but not sure it's worth $30 for 2 now.
