Love the Vestal Five Guys. We got there right before it opened and the door did not open. A manager saw us and he said they were open and we walked over to the side door. We ordered our food and found out that the manager paid for it. He felt bad that my son who was wearing a boot for an ankle injury had to walk to the side. Turns out we didn't try both doors on the front and it was open the whole time! Such nice courteous staff and the food is yummy!

The Manger and his colleagues are the best! I accidentally left my purse and keys hanging from a chair and then drove 3 hours home. I didn’t realize it was missing to midnight. I drove back the next morning and rapped on the window early asking if they found it. The manager had stored it in a safe spot and handed it over with a smile and said “Happy Thanksgiving”. I was so relieved, I could’ve hugged them all. There are wonderful people in this world and the night manager is one of them! Please frequent their restaurant 🦃🌈

The food here is amazing. It was a long wait and the floor needs to be mopped but idc anymore haha. Compared to well this doesnt compare to fast food like burger king. Soo much better. Think they are short handed atm but iev nvr seen this place fast before. By fast I mean on time. the burger was seriously slammin. Think i was in to much of a rush. Fries too. Fanominal. Ima stop back again because. The floor was greasy and my order got messed up but. It was really busy and they seemed short handed so yea. Im not really. I still got a great burger and fries in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for reminding me i only had time to write this because yall held me up foreverrr with attitude instead of explanation and has anyone here ever mopped a floor ever? My sneakers got so greezy the sidewalk out front is getting greezy its so bad.

Too many times I've gotten stale fries and overcooked/dry burgers at this location. Also, on multiple occasion they have mistakenly given me regular fries even though I ordered cajun fries. If Five Guys has a quality control team, please send them into this place. For the price and the wait times, I expect better.

Stopped in for hot fries for quick bite of calories!! Prepared Fries after giving order as cut sliced potato chips were put in to deep fryer and came our steaming hot with great aromatic smell which got my taste buds salivating !!
