Are server bless his heart did a really good job I was one in the morning he was by himself and he had been on a 12-hour shift with two more hours to go you got all our food to us treated us great and checked on us like you supposed to and the kid deserves a raise

We had a 4 hour drive from Long Island for move in day at SUNY/Binghamton for our freshman daughter. With 2 hours to spare for our allotted time we went to IHOP. While it was not busy at all, the wait to get a table was about 15 minutes which seemed odd. Once seated, it took another 5 minutes or so before we placed our order. Near THIRTY MINUTES later, I got the attention of the server who, 5 minutes later checked.... she forgot to put in the order!!!!!! Now we had to leave. No real time to sit and eat. To recap, on an incredibly emotional and stressful day, after a long drive, IHOP was a miserable experience.

This ihop was completely empty. Me and a couple friends went and got some food. Took almost an hour to get our food. The waitress was nasty and smelt horrible. Not to mention the cook was not wearing any gloves. And the other waitress just stood around staring at people. Not to mention I got food poisoning from here 3 times now. Will not be returning

We went for breakfast on July 4th. They worned us that the only has like 3 wait staff. People were there waiting for over an hour to. We left, so I can't comment on food. or wait staff.
I absolutely love the people that work there, I always get there late night/early morning and they have the most cheerful people working. The only time I've ordered food for MYSELF, not only were they more than accommodating to my weird requests, but they went above and beyond to give me as much food as they could shove in my to-go container. I love this place and I'm so glad it's open 24 hours from Thursday to Saturday 🥰

Sirloin tips breakfast was fire. Crispy hash browns, perfect scrambled eggs, and tender sirloin tips. Side of pancakes were bigger than usual, glad they're doing more than one pump on the batter. It's not IHOP if the pancakes are skimpy.
