The last 3 times I went there, I was completely ignored by the staff. I'm not saying they're racist but every time I went, in the last 6 months, I left because I was not being serviced and all the white people that walked in after me, were seated and waited on. I will never step foot there again. My feelings are hurt

Imagine spending $60 dollars to have 2 combos delivered because you are already having a hard night solo parenting to only get half of what you ordered. Now I don’t get to eat tonight because I was already planning to share my meal with my toddler but now don’t have enough for myself. Thank you so much, you guys are awful.

Waited 30 mins for food, people that were there way after us got their food in minutes and we were still waiting. On 1 breakfast. Didn't even drink our juice before we left. The place had only a few tables taken and still took 30+ minutes for nothing. Pass on this place unless you have all day to wait.

Garbage place, garbage workers and garbage food. Rude host just brought us to our table and then looked like she was hiding and avoiding us after. Never got drinks, never got food. There was coffee all over the table. Place was dead and we got seated and that was it. We waited almost 20 mins and just left. There was only 4 other people eating there. We decided to order it the day after for breakfast. What a mistake. Not only was the food garbage, we were missing multiple items. Gross

Unfortunately didn't get to eat here; I was waiting for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging or looking my way. There were 2 doordashers also waiting for longer than me, both complaining that they usually have to wait a while here. They barely got a nod when asking for their orders to be checked on.
I can understand if there's a wait, but man just acknowledge us & say you'll be with us when you can. It felt pretty disrespectful.
I was blown away at my list visit. My *amazing* server, Doreen, is the best there is. I pray to have her every time I visit! Jay was the cook who blew my mind with the care he put into my breakfast. Rare steak tips were cooked *perfectly*, lightly poached eggs totally on point, and extra well done hashbrowns crispy and delicious! It was heartwarming to see someone actually put effort into a quick breakfast and it made my day! The manager on duty was also sweet as honey butter biscuits with good conversation and highly attentive to her staffs needs, stepping in wherever needed! I expect this meticulous service from an upscale restaurant, not your everyday IHOP. I can't visit as much as I'd like due to high prices (around $22 for steak tips and eggs) but I look forward to coming into the Vestal, NY location to see the greatest staff ever! 10/10

Place wasn’t packed but waitress messed up with the order somehow. Omelette was soooo greasy couldn’t eat more than half of it and they had to take it back, manager did take it off the check. Kitchen staff needs to re evaluate how their serving their food.
