When my food arrived we realized we didn't have any utensils. Once we informed the waitress she brought us our utensils. The only thing is some were clean and some dirty. Like it was so nasty so we just requested plastic folks utensils. Also, 2 of the 4 orders were cooked wrong.
Overall the service was good and shout-out to the waitress. The real wth was the dirty utensils. People play attention to the utensils and don't be afraid to request plastic utensils cause they have it for take out orders

I’ve been to this particular IHOP location a few times and enjoyed the breakfast menu. Today, I tried their after-breakfast menu. Very generous portions were available. The salt and pepper grinders were sticky and unusable, however. The food took a little while to come out—over 30 minutes. Otherwise, a good experience.

This place has the worst service ever. Waited 45 mins for our food. Never once did they come to the table and ask if everything was ok. The food was fine but never again will I be back.

Arrived about 10:10 with our party of 8. Waited to be seated (which was normal) Gave the waiter our order by 10:45 and finally about 12 the manager came over to apologize for the wait.. still awaited a little longer for our food..

So understaffed and door dash orders are prioritized over in house patrones. We left and only paid for our drinks after waiting 45 minutes and being told it would be AT LEAST another 15 minutes before our food was even started. Horrible communication from staff. There are just better local options with more personal service in the area.

The manager has a poor attitude. Berated my wife bc she had an allergy request and She stated that they do not accommodate allergies. The manager was Rude. We do not plan to return to this location

Under staffed, we ordered 10min before my wife and daughter arrived since they only had 1 hour to have breakfast. It took about 1 hour before it arrived at the table, which my daughter had to eat it quickly and my wife had to bring her pancakes with her. It was just such a long wait. Also, they ran out of mayo. Omg. It was not the servers' fault, but she was also overwhelmed.
