Ordered an italian sub on rosemary parm bread on the app with no ham, no olive oil, add banana peppers, pickles, cherry relish. Somehow i open the bag when i get home and i get a sub with ONLY ham on white bread w none of the extra toppings i asked for. It’s like they purposely avoided my modifications. Also ordered this at 10 am right when the store opened so it’s not like they could have mixed this up w another order bc realistically who else is ordering a sandwich at 10 in the morning. Feeling like i got pranked!

So, we have gone here twice now. Once as a couple and once with our whole family. Honest opinion? Not impressed.. the food is good but not over the top good. And definitely not good enough to be judged by the employees the moment from walking in the door and back out.. we will take our business else where from now on.. front street is good.. and please make sure your employees are asking proper questions.. I didn't get everything I wanted on my hot sub.. that was cool.. and he got the wrong kind of cheese on his cold sub..

They don’t have a toaster and their tuna tastes like something out of a can I could buy at a local grocery store. Absolutely disgusting taste and It’s extremely expensive, not worth the price! I’ll be heading to Subway where they don’t hand out cold raw sandwiches by having a toaster, and their tuna actually tastes better than this place!

Employees are friendly, personable and kind but also efficient. It’s a clean and great establishment. Great work.
Also the best root
beer.

This was my first time ever to this food chain.. let me start with THIS WONT BE MY LAST!!! I watched every sub being made had its meat and cheese freshly sliced as it was added to the sub...yes sliced for each sub In front of you!!! I watched Customer Service be right on par!! Top notched as each customer was cared for in a fast, efficient manner!! Now story time... I been searching for years for a Philly cheese steak like a dinner I enjoyed as a kid.. which burned down... never in my life had one even close to it... Today at 53 years of age... My Famous Jersey Mike Philly Cheese Steak first one I have ever had... came to be the closest in flavor to that childhood dinner one I loved so much!!! Seriously, my eyes watered, thinking of how I been searching for it and probably will be the closest I ever get... know this I also know the family that owned the dinner they always said there was no secret... just was the way it came together... I still don't buy that !!! But I am here to say.. go here!! Oh, also, their bread for their subs!!! Like fresh, soft, and tasty, only adding to the flavor and the texture of this 100% delicious AAA++ Sub I ate today... Now if only they open one in Cortland!!! And if they do I get to be the first customer!!! Thanks to the crew on shift today and their Leader.. it was a true pleasure!!!!

Been to many different locations, and every time they do a great job, with a great staff. But most importantly these places are always clean and fresh. Just makes it inviting.

Don’t waste your time.. they keep online orders behind the counter then don’t even acknowledge people who come to pick them up. No winning.

Every time I come here the place is always super clean and the food is consistently good. The staff follows ticket directions very well. This is definitely the best jersey mikes in the area if I could give six stars I would. Great job !!!!

My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of months ago and wanted to try jersey mikes and their gluten free bread. At this location they were very careful. Two young men made our sandwiches. When my husband asked for GF bread the first young man asked if it was a preference or an allergy. After my husband said it was an allergy both young men changed gloves, and the one cutting bread got a new knife and wiped down the counter. The other young man making the subs went and got a mayo in a squeeze tube so he didn’t touch the mayo spreader to the GF bread. My husband and I were very impressed with the diligence and care taken to make his sandwich. Both our subs tasted great too. Well done.

My husband and I stopped in here this past Saturday evening and we walked out without ordering anything because the lettuce was piled high even though it was brown and rotten mixed in with a little bit of good lettuce. Disgusting! I rather go to the location in Binghamton.
