Jersey Mike's Subs

Usually my co-workers go and get it but this time I stopped there with my kid and I thought the service was great!

Parking: 1 lot stared with other stores.

Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to my kid. Played a little game with him to find hidden pictures and gave him a prize. He loved it.

Very very nice guys that work here. Nice and cool in there on a hot day. Sandwich was ready in 5 mins. Once again. The service was awesome. Not many places tha make u feel like a human anymore but they do here. Good job.

Went there 2 weeks ago and ordered 2 subs. Both of then were made incorrectly. Filed a complaint through the website and they forwarded my issue to the manager at this location who clearly ignored it. Apparently, they don't care to address and fix legitimate customer issues. Unfortunately, even though the subs are good, the fact that the major mistakes they made went unanswered has made me decide to stop giving them my business.

Better than Jimmy John's, much better than Subway. I know it's just a quick sandwich place but they make some killer sandwiches.

Why does certain workers think it’s ok to treat groups of people who don’t look like them badly, make jokes, etc. and I mean Dylan specifically

Staff does not prioritize mobile orders. Walk ins are served immediately while 25 minute old online orders wait. Do NOT order ahead at this store unless you want to watch everyone that walks in after you get served ahead of you.

I guess your employees there can’t read i did an online order and I specifically order a number five which I don’t have to work there to know that it doesn’t have pepperoni on it and I also told them no mayo on my sandwich and to put it on the side and it was drenched in mayo. Jersey mikes is way to damn expensive for them not to follow directions like I told them too. Definitely won’t be coming here again and since I work at Binghamton university I’ll be sure to let all the college students know what a wonderful place this is ?

Meh. Not sure why they put mayo on my sub, when I didn't want it AND they put fixings on first before sub oil etc. weird.

Meaty. Cheesy. Little pricey but worth the extra couple bucks.

Always fresh, always delicious, always consistent, always fast.

Tastee sub shop in Edison NJ was cutting meat fresh way before this place. Best burgers are at white rose in highland park!

The food and service were great. Tasty Philly steak. Downside was the men's room was disgusting. Doubt it's been really cleaned since the place opened. For that reason I won't go back.
