Very unprofessional an very rude basically saying my mom is not good enough to furfill my order saying that online orders have more right to the chicken an sides then a paying customer that is coming into ur store an saying i can have or make a custom order request for the 16 peace dinner bucket an tell me I cant go an get half extra crispy an the other half in original in just breast an thighs an them one of them has the nerve to roll their eyes an tell me no because they have online orders to fill like r u kidding me an this happened 12/24/25 at about 5:00pm an r u kidding me they were even making more chicken as I was to order an said they dont have the chicken to do it if they done like their job when a paying customer comes to order like that a they turn them away wow what a nice when to do business an they took the lady 20 mins to come to the counter to even take the order the binghamton main st location is some much more professional an did the order with out any problem

Place was nasty.. the bathroom swarming with nat flies n nasty chicken bones tables were a mess
People were great, food was as usual but the place is filthy! The floors are sticky, tables were all dirty, windowsills were dirty and had flys all over them, the glass throughout the store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The ladies room was Nasty! It’s a shame. They cleaned the place a While ago and let it go to and it’s just YUCK!

Did a mobile pick up for 4:30 p.m. it's now 5:25 p.m. and I'm just leaving with my mobile order. My frozen groceries are all defrosted and I sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour waiting for them to bring my order out. Finally I had to go inside and ask for it while everybody was just sitting around
Update - got home and there's items missing from my order
