Use to be the best moes in the area. Not so much anymore. 1st customers of the day, burrito was small, majority of drinks unavailable, bathroom stunk like cigarettes and had dried chewing tobacco all over the sink, tables still dirty, and staff not very friendly.

Nice place for a healthier take out option. Can get quite busy though so give yourself some extra time.
Went and grabbed my food with no issues. Yeah, there was a bit of a wait, but that’s what happens when a place is understaffed. It’s not the workers’ fault, and they shouldn’t be expected to handle multiple customers each and cook at the same time. The Black guy was chill, and the cute short Black girl was helpful. They were both lighthearted.

We went to Moe’s on the Vestal parkway we arrived at 8:50. Someone was walking out with like 10 bags of food. We were walking in as he was leaving and a girl behind the counter told us they were closed. It says on your website and door that you close at 9 pm if your open for business you should be serving customers. I work in food service and we take customers up until we close no exceptions. If you close at 8:50 you should state other wise.. it’s terrible customer service!!

Place has completely gone down hill. What kind of Mexican place has no lettuce?? This one. Also don’t bother ordering online they won’t give you what you asked for

Just stood in line for almost 10 minutes while there was 1 person being helped and 1 other customer in the restaurant. 3 employees behind the counter, one of them helping a customer and the other two just trying to look busy. Never seen a crew so lazy, left before I could order.

Ordered food via the Moe’s app at 11:40am. it is now 1:54pm and i am still waiting for my food. staff gave us free drinks to make up for it but we still lost most of our day to a Moe’s Southwest Grill.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Placed an order for two burritos.. guacamole .. both burritos were wrong, I mean like, not even close.. there was no guacamole, half the bag of chips were crumbs and they didn’t put any salsas in the bag. Glad I had some salsa at home.
People.. it’s not that hard! The order is on the screen right in front of you! This isn’t an issue of making mistakes.. they simply don’t care. No fixing that. It’s astonishing to me how a place like this stays open. If I ever ran by businesses like this, I would have been out of business decades again.
It’s a sad statement.. if I were them, I’d be embarrassed and ashamed .. they have neither.

Had a $600 catering order, ordered 1 week ahead of time. They only had 1 warming tray. (Was told “st least you didn’t have to pay for it”) I saw them opening plastic microwaved bags of taco meat and dumping the meat into the trays. Beef was chewy and tasted like the lowest quality meat they make. Very salty and chewy. Order not ready on time. Staff did not offer to help carry order out. Sent email, no response! Look elsewhere is my advice.
