stingy place. do not order delivery from here. Tacos cost me 14$ tiny portions with JUST MEAT neglected to anything else that was advertised on the photo. DO NOT ORDER FROM

The whole staff was on point but Bonnie and Max were exceptional! Second experience within a month with excellent service, fresh and delicious food. We walked out with very full bags of food. Everyone was very happy with the yummy take home meals. Thank you for the incredible service and yummy food!

The quality of this establishment has been going downhill for years. The menu changes are going in the wrong direction as the prices are rising. At least the bagged processed queso stays consistent. If I could give 0 stars I would, as I just had to throw out my $17 burrito bowl because the rice is a weird mix of overcooked balls of sticky rice with sprinkles of uncooked rice. 0/10 will never return, and iv been coming to Moe's for 10 years.

Put in online order at 720. Was supposed to be ready by 740. Got it at 8. I understand sometimes things get backed up, but I watched 15-20 people show up after me, get in line, and get their food before they even started mine. If you want to come here, don't order online, there is absolutely no point in doing so. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten my food faster.

Terrible customer service, got in line there was 2 people in front of me they took forever to make 2 burritos for them then when it was my turn they completely ignore me and start making not one but two online orders there was only one person making burritos and one girl just walking around cleaning the line spraying chemicals right by all the open food which I’m 100 percent sure got on the food she also poured tap water on the chicken and all the quality of food did not look good and it was early during the day over all it was all just a gross experience very upsetting to pay $15-$16 for a a signal burrito and this is what you get terrible terrible experience over all
I ordered two meals from Moe's Southwest Grill menu online through DoorDash. One meal was the nacho's and the other one was the Homewrecker. I was very disappointed - it did not taste good at all. THE RICE WAS BARELY COOKED. It looks like they were impatient and used the rice before it was fully cooked. I almost chipped a tooth. I will never order from them again!!!

Food was okay, it’s the staff I’m worried about. There is a female day shift manager that’s pretty rude to her staff. 8/15 6:30 My family and I passed by to drop my niece off to college, on the way back we decided to get Moe’s for all 5 of us. When we ordered our food we asked for a box due to our driving situation. One of the gentleman went looking for one. Presented a box from the back. I saw the catering boxes and asked if we could use one of those instead. He was nice and said okay. Afterwards his manager started to verbally discipline him in front of us. I thanked him again for his help and tried to explain on his behalf, which he just brushed off and said it was okay. I honestly felt bad for him. She was very rude. And I just don’t know how sad employees can make delicious food. Hopefully someone sees this message and addresses that lady. You should treat your employees like that.

The reason I’m giving only A 3 star is because the people serving should be wearing a hair net or have their hair tied up well. While there some people left the person making the burrito had hair hanging in his face and he removing his hair with his gloved hands. Also they need to change their gloves more often, you can’t touch everything using the same gloves

I worked for this place for about 3 to 4 months. They are very dirty . The Gm Bonnie found 3 rats in the grease trap in the restaurant and didnt shut the store down to clean or anything . Just continued like its normal. Also, she does NOT temp the food at all . She guesses the temps for her line checks. And her bf a manager that she promoted that shes sleeping with left catering orders out all day then still served them to customers. The containers that they keep the chips in wasn't washed one time while i was there. When i asked about i was told that they have a routine set up to clean them but they were NEVER cleaned. I've found mold on different dishes and was told by management that it was something else. When they run out of rags Bonnie the gm told me to wash a dirty one out with degreaser and to use it for the tables in the lobby, the food stations where the food is made (these are rags that could have possibly been used for the bathrooms, raw meat etc.) & omg if you get hired for crew u need to act like a complete follower . Be on your best or you'll be shamed and himiliated by her unless your one of the ones that smokes blunts with her by the shed. (where she keeps the paper products which is how rats got inside the building) but really i wouldnt recomend working there unless you want a dictator as a boss where if u say or do anything that she doesn't like she'll freak out on you. I literally apologized to a coworker and she freaked out and got in my face. Also, u cant plan anything out . They publish the paper schedule a day or two before u have to he there .

The employees were not friendly, they got annoyed when i had forgotten something, and I asked and payed for extra meat and did not receive it. And both bowls I ordered were barely filled
