I ordered from UBER eats. $33 for dinner alone. The food was great. The delivery girl was on time and friendly. 6/15 I just got another order. Great food. Hot and fresh. The UBER EATS driver was good looking too. Update: I placed another order from Moe's. UBER EATS. The delivery driver was great but the food was bad. Look at the potions I received. They weren't worth what I paid. It was a disappointment. Not sure if I'll order from Moe's again. Big let down.

HORRIBLE!
Decided to treat family last night 5/30 and that was a mistake, I haven”t been to Moe’s in a few months and didn’t”t want to deal with the SUNY crowd at chipotle . I should have left , used to be clean, friendly and food was tasty with good portion sizes.
What ever happened during their “rebranding” was a really bad idea! The greeting from staff startled the poo out of me as it sounded like army recruits answering their sarge (not friendly at all) The 6pieces of weird cubed steak looked like dog food , the chicken looked weird , portions were sized for toddlers , salsa smelled really bad, drink machine was down 50% of choices , floors were sticky and every employee looked scared/sorry and made no eye contact.
Once we got home , my kid wouldn’t finish her bowl after 4 bites because the rice was partially crunchy and steak was gross, boyfriend was spitting out steak pieces due to fat and gristle and my chicken bowl was edible but questionable ( I was starving so I ate it)
. I also need to add nothing is grilled anymore which was what makes the meats , onions, peppers so tasty, the Combi ovens they are using is a bad call , I have used them before and can attest that they make meat taste weird , it has a “grill” option but honestly it’s an over priced steamer.
Morning update - text on my phone from boyfriend at 3am let me know cramps and “quick evacuation” of Moe’s was occurring. My daughter left traces of an “emergency evacuation blow” in the bathroom in wee hours of morning , those 2 got the steak bowls, I think I was much luckier as I got the chicken bowl and only had a stomach ache. Needless to say we will never be going back as I have found this is happening in a lot of Moe’s now per other review sites, Nothing like $45 to get crap food and mild food poisoning !

The plane is dirty that have roaches they never have anything stocked their crew is unprofessional no guidance disrespectful very unstable. They had me washing dishes with no soap so most of you probably ate food that was stuck on the pants. Just remember I worked there so I know the ins and outs.

The whole staff was on point but Bonnie and Max were exceptional! Second experience within a month with excellent service, fresh and delicious food. We walked out with very full bags of food. Everyone was very happy with the yummy take home meals. Thank you for the incredible service and yummy food!

The quality of this establishment has been going downhill for years. The menu changes are going in the wrong direction as the prices are rising. At least the bagged processed queso stays consistent. If I could give 0 stars I would, as I just had to throw out my $17 burrito bowl because the rice is a weird mix of overcooked balls of sticky rice with sprinkles of uncooked rice. 0/10 will never return, and iv been coming to Moe's for 10 years.

Put in online order at 720. Was supposed to be ready by 740. Got it at 8. I understand sometimes things get backed up, but I watched 15-20 people show up after me, get in line, and get their food before they even started mine. If you want to come here, don't order online, there is absolutely no point in doing so. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten my food faster.

Terrible customer service, got in line there was 2 people in front of me they took forever to make 2 burritos for them then when it was my turn they completely ignore me and start making not one but two online orders there was only one person making burritos and one girl just walking around cleaning the line spraying chemicals right by all the open food which I’m 100 percent sure got on the food she also poured tap water on the chicken and all the quality of food did not look good and it was early during the day over all it was all just a gross experience very upsetting to pay $15-$16 for a a signal burrito and this is what you get terrible terrible experience over all
I ordered two meals from Moe's Southwest Grill menu online through DoorDash. One meal was the nacho's and the other one was the Homewrecker. I was very disappointed - it did not taste good at all. THE RICE WAS BARELY COOKED. It looks like they were impatient and used the rice before it was fully cooked. I almost chipped a tooth. I will never order from them again!!!

Food was okay, it’s the staff I’m worried about. There is a female day shift manager that’s pretty rude to her staff. 8/15 6:30 My family and I passed by to drop my niece off to college, on the way back we decided to get Moe’s for all 5 of us. When we ordered our food we asked for a box due to our driving situation. One of the gentleman went looking for one. Presented a box from the back. I saw the catering boxes and asked if we could use one of those instead. He was nice and said okay. Afterwards his manager started to verbally discipline him in front of us. I thanked him again for his help and tried to explain on his behalf, which he just brushed off and said it was okay. I honestly felt bad for him. She was very rude. And I just don’t know how sad employees can make delicious food. Hopefully someone sees this message and addresses that lady. You should treat your employees like that.
