Went to celebrate my hubby's birthday. Great atmosphere, music not too loud, service correct. Food can be involved, but we like the dessert. The experience was nice.

It was alright for a big group of us. Our waitress didn't come check on us very much so we had stacks of empty, dirty plates in the center. Drinks went unfilled. But the food and drinks were pretty good.

I've typically enjoy Outback. My steak however was way under cooked and the potato came with so much salt on it that it was inedible. Very disappointed.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location over the years. While the food was solid, the overall professionalism and management tone felt lacking. Interactions didn’t reflect the level of courtesy I’d expect from a place that hosts work dinners and group events. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t particularly welcoming either. There’s room for improvement in how guests are treated.

Outback Steakhouse: no rules, just right—and it actually delivers.
Kids demolish the bloomin’ onion and bread like it’s their job. Wife loves the cheeky cocktails. My ribeye is always spot-on: juicy, perfectly cooked, fair dinkum delicious.
Service is quick and friendly, especially the drink runners. Everyone leaves happy. Five stars, mate.

A steakhouse with no steaks. Cold coffee. Prime rib like leather (my dog doesn't mind.) Excellent server though. I felt bad for her.
Ordered for online pick up. The gentleman working came right out as soon as we pulled up, checked on our order let us know it would be a few mins longer (we were early) apologized for the wait and put the order in the backseat for us. Food was hot and delicious

We just enjoyed a special meal in honor of Veteran's Day at the Vestal NY location. Angela, our server, was excellent, very attentive, caring & showed interest in our time in the military especially the year in Viet Nam. We were especially pleased to see the sample table set nicely in honor of our veterans including a Bible, honoring our founding fathers & their faith as well. We so appreciate the delicious meal & service on this special day of thanks & remembrance. Thank you.
