I had a wonderful dish of bean curd homestyle all the vegetables were fresh and delisious the bean curd was alsovery good. Price was very reasonable and service good I ate inside and I highly recommend Panda 3 if you was suthentic delicious Chinese food.

Been here several times, I work walking distance so this place is right there for me. It's a go-to for me and my coworkers. Their lunch special is a generous portion size, I usually take the rest home for dinner. I've lived in several states and I always try to find good Chinese first. I love their pork lo mein and sesame chicken are spectacular!

They do not pass code. Many people have seen the baby turtles on their counter in small containers with no oxygen or light. They have been contacted by several people to relocate the turtles for free to a good place and they refused.

Super dirty place , unnsanitary . They have two baby turtles in a mini cricket keepers on their counter with no lights , no basking spot nothing right near where they do there bagging up and sales . Turtles carry many parasites ,their counters are dusty . The workers sit around . This is the worst Chinese place around . Workers are ruder then hell and incompetent

This place is bussin bussin, they have the BEST friend rice in the Binghamton to Endicott area hands down. I've tried almost every Chinese place in a 30 minute radius, and no one compares not kidding. They additionally have an exceptionally fast turnaround time, I mean I've ordered family of 5 or 6 meals and it's been done in 15-20 minutes max. I always get the general tsao extra crispy, they make it perfect every time and the pork fried rice is bomb! We have also tried the dumplings, wonton soup, eggdrop soup, spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, and ho fun beef, it was all good no complaints! The food is just too good. People are nice enough, I mainly do takeout so there isn't much interaction besides ordering and picking up.
