I had a wonderful dish of bean curd homestyle all the vegetables were fresh and delisious the bean curd was alsovery good. Price was very reasonable and service good I ate inside and I highly recommend Panda 3 if you was suthentic delicious Chinese food.

Been here several times, I work walking distance so this place is right there for me. It's a go-to for me and my coworkers. Their lunch special is a generous portion size, I usually take the rest home for dinner. I've lived in several states and I always try to find good Chinese first. I love their pork lo mein and sesame chicken are spectacular!

This place is bussin bussin, they have the BEST friend rice in the Binghamton to Endicott area hands down. I've tried almost every Chinese place in a 30 minute radius, and no one compares not kidding. They additionally have an exceptionally fast turnaround time, I mean I've ordered family of 5 or 6 meals and it's been done in 15-20 minutes max.
