The only good thing on the menu is the wonton soup! Everything else that i’ve ordered has been extremely salty, and with an inch or two of oil on top. They do not acknowledge instructions when ordering, the food is not authentic by any standard but I guess it works for the area. I dared to order the seafood dry pot, so disappointed, paid 30 dollars for this dish, the pieces of fish are too salty to consume, same with the scallops, everything had an off taste. Again, the wonton soup is very good but that’s it.
I’ve only gotten Red Chili delivered so far, but every time I do I get something different and let me tell you, this is the best Chinese takeout place I’ve ever had in any place I’ve lived. It’s a little on the pricier side, but it’s so completely worth it. Some favorites? The pork pan fried dumplings (I would drink the sauce like a shot if I didn’t want it for my dumplings so badly), the crab rangoons, the Dan Dan cold noodles, orange chicken, and the beef dry pot style 😂 At this point, I’m making it a personal mission to try everything on the (rather extensive) menu.

really good flavor and way more authentic than most other chinese food in the area. has a huge diversity of choices, from super authentic sichuan dishes and dim sum to classic chinese american dishes. staples like fried rice, dandan mian, veggies, noodle soups are very solid.
i would not get some of the dim sum like the peking duck, xiaolongbao, etc again after the first try.
some especially standout are the chili wontons, salt pepper seafood basket, dou miao, sichuan smoked meat, cumin lamb.
the price point is such that it would be a place to dine at for special occasions, but the portions are good.

The sad part is I have to wait seven months because I am a snowbird so I am in Florida now but when I return back I will be there. Thank you for your hospitality and your delicious food. It’s very hard to come by and most of all it was a very Clean and that’s hard to find. We ordered the Singapore rice noodle and house special fried rice. The rice noodle curry is spicy but on point. The fried rice is sweet and little wet, overall pretty good.

Is this the best resturaunt in the Triple Cities? Maybe... but I will proclaim the Cumin Chicken to be the best dish of any kind in the area. It is always perfect, an amazing flavor explosion of garlic, ginger, spice, cilantro, too many amazing flavors to name.
Hungry? The food comes out shockingly fast, we can get in and out in 25 minutes and its food you would expect out of a top notch joint in NYC. Dont tell me its expensive, because one $20 entree feeds me twice. Get the soup dumplings every time, or you will regret not getting them for the rest of your life. I've tried 5% of the menu, only because I can't stop getting my favorites.

We went me and my dad today, service was below average but we didn’t complaint, my dad didn’t want to leave a tip so we paid in cash and left 2$ of change she came running outside to tell us that the money is missing saying that the tip is mandatory, I said that it’s not and that the service was bad. She insisted so I gave her a 30$ tips, definitely not coming back again. :/
