Red Lobster is one of the few places to get seafood in our little part of the world. It’s all good. The food is decent. It would be great to have a true a la carte or small plates option on the menu to order the combos you really want, but it’s corporate. We get it. Service is always lovely, but fast paced. Atmosphere is nice. It’s very clean.

The hostess at desk was rude and disrespectful towards patrons.Extra busy because of Valentine's Day..overheard her say, come back tomorrow.Very dismissive., no eye contact nor a smile.Place needs updating.Its dark and dingy, floors flithy.

Spoke to restaurant earlier today and made a reservation because of it being Ash Wednesday. Showed up 10 minutes before and they never put me down. Now a 1 hour wait. Should have walked out.

We never ate here and was excited to as we dont get much time away from our kids and go on dates. Made reservations for 730. 830 came around and was told we had another roughly 40 minutes so we left and went home. Maybe next time.

Went for valentine’s day with a reservation and waited 2.5 hours before we were told to leave. Staff were nice but the management stopped them from sitting people down even though there were open tables. Completely ruined the day

I set up a reservation in advance drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there a half hour early and then got put at the bottom of a list waited an hour and a half to be told there was still 20 people ahead of me still and that it would still be another hour or more to be seated how ridiculous what's the point in making a reservation. I will never go back to this location because of this. Beyond disappointed. The people didn't even care!!!!!

Arrived at 630 for a 6:45 reservation We were told that it would be 45 minutes to a hour more, once we were seated everything was excellent

Our reservation was handled with courtesy and accuracy. The general staff was well trained and attentive to detail. Our server was well dressed and courteous. He explained the menu and specials with complete accuracy. He was attentive to our needs and answered our questions thoroughly. There was a very slight delay due to the complexity of our group order in food preparation. The quality of the items ordered was outstanding and the atmosphere enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Red Lobster - Vestal Parkway, Vestal NY.

Yet another terrible meal and service. Was with a friend, she ordered soup and shrimp scampi I ordered fried shrimp and scampi. Waitress was clueless as to what was available and any questions we had, she just said to look on the menu. Lighting was so dark and print on menu made it impossible to read. Doubt any senior could navigate through it. Food arrived cold, shrimp stuck to the plate. Rice pilaf was obviously several days old.
Waitress NEVER came back to see if we needed anything . Bill arrived at $62.00 plus expected $14.00 tip for ghost service. Did not receive a copy of bill. Reiterated why we haven't patronized this chain in 7 years. Find a better place to spend your money.

Had a reservation for 6pm but didn't get seated until 6:30. They did seem short staffed, so we understood. Our server Thera was a ray of sunshine, super friendly, informative with menu options and just overall a really nice lady who made the experience that bit better.
