Once upon a time a family of 4 could eat really well for under 100.00. now just a couple of meals will be over that price. The only thing that remains good is the cheddar bread.

Waited 40 minutes for a table got 2 lobster tails and the brusselsprouts absolutely terrible tails were cold no butter and the sprouts were burnt $140.00 bill could have made a better meal at home for a fraction of the price

It was my birthday ? ? so my boyfriend took me out to have some fun, so he brought me to Red Lobster restaurant to enjoy myself. The Steak I had was raw after I asked for well done. The potion of food that you get for the price we paid was in exceptable! My steak was so small! I just didn't have a very good birthday experience here at Red lobster .
My most disappointing Red Lobster experience in 45 years! Everything way overcooked.... way over. Our server was even embarrassed.

Me and a friend went there on a Friday. Since this was my first time at this establishment(ever) I was excited but became very disappointed quickly. I had ordered an endless shrimp dish, which my friend got a Caesar salad. About 15 minutes into eating, we start seeing a bunch of dust flying up and into our food. Turns out one of the servers was sweeping in the same area that we were eating in. We got a manager and had our food redone, which was nice, but that did not last long either. My friend Cesar's salad had a hair in it, by that point we were very much over the establishment and wanted to leave immediately. Also having no prices on the drink menu is a huge headache and becomes frustrating quickly since every single drink our server has to go to the bar/kitchen to ask about price. This was my first experience with red lobster and will be my last. 4/10.

My family came in with a party of 25 at around 8pm on a Wednesday, and our waitress was a total rockstar!!! I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but kudos to her. She was amazing at multi-tasking, organized, and super friendly. With that, the food was perfect and came out hot despite our party size. 10/10 experience!!!

I have absolutely no idea how this place is still in business. My family and I ate here 6 months ago and it was absolutely disgusting, the crab leg meat was orange and the shrimp was over cooked. Decided to give it another try tonight for lobster fest and it was even worse than before. My wives lobster tails were not cooked properly and my meal was even worse. I got the lobster linguine, the noodles were way over cooked, under salted and every other bite of the lobster chunks had a shell in it, almost broke my teeth. The people sitting behind us had to return their steak 3 different times as well. Wasted $160 and over an hour of my time for food that was worse than eating at a cheap buffet. The service however was really good, our waitress was great.
