I asked for a cold foam coffee and they kept giving me iced coffee. When I told them I wanted the foam and asked if they just were shaking it they said no and claimed I waited too long to pick it up when I was just through the drive through. I watched them making it and they kept putting large amounts of creamer in it. Idk if they know how to make it.

Horrible experience unfortunately. Long time customer. This Starbucks, ordered grande latte. Got it, left, as I'm driving cup feels soooo light. Pull over, look. Cup only half full???? So I turn around, go back. Tried to call their number goes to Target???? Go in. Ask for one that has right amount. Get replacement. It was the same thing barely any product in it. And I even asked for light foam.

Here’s the thing, the drive thru is T I G H T and gives me anxiety!! Other than that I have had only good experiences with this location, and we visit often! It’s always fast and there is usually not a line. Whenever I do a mobile order from 5-15 minutes away I never have to wait but the wait is also short when I order at the window.

Terrible place. Made my coffee so watery there was no ice left tasted terrible picked up with in 10 minutes of ordering so not from that. Went back they gave me n excuse of using a bigger cup n did nothing. Worst $6 coffee ever. Go to the other Starbucks on the park way at least they will fix your coffee if they screw it up. Also the taste of this coffee was not right. I ordered it last 4 days straight same way no problems.

Here's the thing, EVERY time I get an order from THIS Starbucks,v is terrible. I regret it everytime. I really feel like they just wing it there. My terrible are either over flavored, under flavored, watery or not hot enough.

The music is too loud. Only got half of my mobile order. Ordered only 2 hot coffees. When I mentioned I had another drink, no one offered to get it after they were done with the drink they were making. Ended up leaving without it because this was making me late for work. Horrible experience, not the first time. The baridta had the nerve ti tell me she would refund me instead of just getting the coogfe. So rude and unprofessional. Will never go back.

I highly recommend this Starbucks. By far a quicker service than the one down the road. They have a friendly, super cool, rock climbing chick and a dope dietician and some awesome drive thru windows ladies. I recommend.

Just moved to the area and stopped at the nearest Starbucks. Truly a disappointment. Kristen with the 2 braids is probably the rudest partner I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Arguing with me about the location of the line, and then giving me ugly faces. Poor attitude of staff shouldn’t translate in customer service jobs. If you aren’t able to be nice; get out. Truly a shame.
