I always tip extra, and I just want a cup of ice water with my coffee when I wake up in the morning. I don’t think it’s unreasonable as a paying customer. But rather be scoffed at and get an eye roll. Happy holidays to you to Starbucks.

I used to come here after school for a "Caramel Ribbon Crunch" and it is so good. It is very refreshing along with a very good vanilla taste with caramel mixed all into the drink. The restaurant is also very clean inside and has a comfy/cozy at home feeling when you go in. The workers are also super nice, work efficiently, and make the drinks well. Would definitely recommend getting starbucks.

Waited an hour to get one coffee, staff did not seem like they cared. The store was also dirty, visible dust on pretty much every surface.

Extremely rude staff. Did not get my order right, and did not make of one my drinks. After 30 minutes of wait, I had to ask the barista where my drink was. They then proceed to make one, and get the wrong one. I ordered a venti Match Frap, they made a Grande Frappuccino. I asked them if I could get my Venti frap made, because I order a VENTI. The barista poured the grande Frappuccino they made into the blender, added milk and make it into a new drink. They drink tasted blunt af. Most importantly, she remade the drink with an attitude. As a costumer, I wasn’t mad about my missing order. I can understand that it’s a busy store, I can wait for them to re-make the drink. What was the attitude about?

Hit or miss. I go here every day, sometimes twice a day. I tip every time.The consistency is pretty wonky. I get the same drink every time and sometimes it's amazing and others it's not consumable. Twice now I've returned the drink because it was so awful (they've made it poorly more times than this but I'm just not the type to speak up). There's one particular employee that is so rude and has given me a hard time when I tell them the drink isn't right. Once they argued with me and told me that's how the drink is supposed to be and that I should order something else if I dislike it. I was confused because I've ordered the same thing hundreds of times and that most certainty was not the way it's supposed to be.... Nothing like a little gaslighting in the morning.Most recently the drink was nothing like it usually is and I had to leave without it because my husband had it work. I suspect they didn't even remake the item for me because they brought an identical "remade" version out to me. I'd be willing to bet money that it was the same one I'd returned.I'm bummed because I spend so much money here and I tip the workers every single time and now I am becoming nervous to go because I may or may not get what I order and if I speak up when it's wrong I feel like I am in trouble.

I didn't have food. I truly wanted to benefit by buying a mug and getting my drink in it but I was told I would have to have cleaned it 1st. nobody. Even offered to let me clean it in the bathroom. I get covid and cross contamination, but give me your break
