Starbucks is a quick and easy location to pick up a drink or a quick snack. I like to use the mobile app to order ahead so I can just run in and pick it up. Their service is fast and easy and all the drinks are delicious.

The rating is mainly for the great service my granddaughter and I experienced tonight. The girl who took our order at the drive thru was patient, accommodating and helpful answering our questions in a friendly manner. At the pick up window, the young woman was extremely good natured and friendly. The order was made well and received timely. I would definitely visit this particular Starbucks again because of these two women! Their positive personalities were a breath of fresh air compared to many workers at the coffee shops and fast food chains, I wish I got their names!

Was reprimanded for putting in a drink order and pulling up to the drive thru within 5 minutes. Also ordered one of the refresher drinks with extra fruit. Only to receive a beverage with no fruit, and then told no fruit comes in said beverage. Luckily there are more locations around...

On 4/1/23, at 6:45pm, my friend and I went into Starbucks and had a terrible experience with their customer service. An Asian gentleman was working the computer and when we went up to order he stated the computer wasn’t working and we needed to put in our order through the app. I explained to my friend that it was probably because of some power issues and he was like “nope not really sure” in a rude way. We then put our order in and waiting on the side for it to be finished. When he got done making our drinks he set them down, without saying who it was for, and threw the straw down with it. I then told him he was being really rude, and I walked out. I am not sure why whenever anyone walks into a starbucks they are belittled. Never have I had that issue with going to a Dunkin location. Really would love someone to address how their workers should be treating their customers. Thanks.

Ordered a coffee on the mobile app stating it would be ready in 4-6 minutes. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting. The barista tried telling me I must have ordered it at a different location. I showed her on the app it was this address I ordered it at. She made me feel like it was my fault they lost my ticket. Meanwhile, I’m on my way to work and have spent 40 minutes on a coffee.

The Starbucks in Vestal New York serves excellent food and hot and cold drinks. Plenty of parking available. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Drive up service is available.

Being Christmas Eve it is absolutely insane here. The cashier (I think her nametag said Fanny? Sorry if that's wrong, bad eyesight) greeted me with a smile and wished me a Merry Christmas. Despite the drive thru going out to the parkway and the line inside almost to the door, I had my order in 6 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of this store, it is my favorite Starbucks and some of the baristas have learned my name. They really take their time to do it right the first time, but they are still speedy and they are sure you are not forgotten. 5 stars Vestal Starbucks, you are all absolutely amazing!
