Asked for a little cream and little ice, neither were done correctly. Wife's iced match did not come same time, 5 minutes later.

Worst Starbucks I've been to. I've been to many Starbucks all over the world but was never treated the way the manager (KEVIN) treated our group. The store was empty and since we are a party of seven, we took one chair from a different table. The manager approached us and told us we can't do that and it's his store so he can do what he wants.
Talked to us very rudely. I don't know how this guy is manager without the proper customer service training.

I've been to many Starbucks in NYS. This was my first time at this location. I came to redeem a birthday reward. When I walked in, I was not greeted. Even after I said hello to the person at the register, I still was not greeted. Unfriendly and lack of customer service. This should be addressed by management.

I have been using this location for close to six years. I am not a complainer and never leave reveiws for anything. However, the treatment i have received the last few evenings is unprofessional, rude and completely uncalled for.

I placed a few evening mobile orders, which I do about 3 times a day. I live in the uclub and do not have a car majority of the time because me and my fiancé share so I walk over to this location.

On multiple occasions the lobby has been closed and it is drive through only. Which is completely understand being short staffed. But it is so inconsistent and random that you never know. Then they do not shut off mobile orders until right before they lock the lobby doors. So then when you go up to the door they make you go through the drive through. We'll as stated above i do not drive. So when I stand there, I get a rude eye roll and a snotty point to the sign. Ummm well I can't walk through the drive through.
It's mainly the blonde girl with the clear/pink plastic framed glasses. She is always rude, snotty and snippy. Seems as though her ego is inflated like a hot air Ballon and someone needs to pop it. If you where to act that way and treat people that was in a professional, corporate customer facing job or Healthcare ect, you would be fired.

But when you put in a mobile order in the morning and go through the drive through, they get mad and tell you you need to come in.

So pick a way to operate, it's confusing and contradicting and poor customer report and experance.

I think if I have another terrible experience I will take my $35 a day habbit over to seven brew where they smile, are always energetic and super friendly.

Incredibly loud music, like a night club. A café should be relaxing.

I come to this location very often and I usually have a good experience except for when a girl named Leah is there, she is very unpleasant and rude, I usually have to lean my whole body out the window because she refuses to lean a little to hand me my order and after I grab it she closes the window in my face

I like this location. It’s has a drive-thru, outdoor seating and indoor chairs are comfortable. Baristas were friendly and helpful.

I purchased coffee two separate times from this site. Woman at drive through was unfriendly and coffee was not prepared the way that I asked for it to be.

What an all-around awful experience. I made a mobile order for drive thru pickup (well before I arrived) and when I got to the speaker, I was told I'd have to leave the drive thru and come inside to pick it up because it wasn't ready yet. I did not understand what the problem was because I was sure I had ordered it for drive thru pickup and there is no way to leave the drive thru lane until you get to the front anyway. The barista on the speaker got very snappy with me, insisting I still need to wait in line, sneak through an opening at the front, and then come inside to pick it up instead. After I explained that I can't mobilize well with my disability, she reluctantly agreed to let me pull up to the window. But when I got there, I was berated again by someone else about how I need to go inside to pick up mobile orders (even if you select drive thru) and that I was holding up the line by coming through. I explained ONCE AGAIN about how I cannot easily go inside due to my disability and that I had never heard of a rule like this before even though I worked as a Starbucks supervisor for years. He said it was a new policy and that, next time, I should just order at the speaker in the drive thru instead of using the app. I explained how the app is actually really accommodating for my disability needs too, so I didn't think that was a reasonable solution, and he only got nastier with me. Literally the only thing holding up the line was them being so confrontational; the order was ready when I got to the window and I was only speaking up for myself because they were treating me so poorly. When I asked for a cup of ice, which it is not possible to order via the app, and which I ask for every time I go without issue, I was told "not in the drive thru!" The person insisted I park and come inside to get the cup of ice. I reiterated yet again that I cannot due to my disability, and he said I'd need to do so or I can't have the ice. I continued to ask for it and he said I could pull to a spot and someone would bring it outside. It took more than 5 minutes for someone to bring the cup of ice, and they did not say a word, even as I thanked them and said "have a great day."
This visit was horrible for so many reasons, not least of which that there is a heat wave going on, but especially because of the extreme rudeness and disrespect with regards to my needs. There needs to be some sort of retraining for this entire store and their priorities should be revisited. Drive thru window times cannot come before treating ALL customers including those with disabilities with dignity and courtesy.

Workers need an attitude adjustment. Went through the drive through to treat myself. I don’t come here often but when I do it’s always a nice experience expect today. The lady, Leah who took my order was extremely rude, rushy, and impatient. I asked for a moment so I could look over the menu and not even a minute later she was asking me if I was ready, and being snappy, she wasn’t very pleasant at the window either. I understand they have a time frame for those at the drive through, but having a disgusting attitude doesn’t help you very much.

We went in, used the app to order a head. The bathroom was stocked and clean. They also have a drive thru.
