Went there with a friend last Saturday. Best turkey sub I have ever had. Friend said the same thing. Just clean tasting food, no processed crap. Thanksgiving sub and a turkey Ruben sub.

This is a local, hidden gem for hot and cold sub sandwiches, wings, and pizza. We chose six inch Buffalo spiedie subs. They were so loaded with chicken, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions,etc, that the serving plate could not contain it. The staff was so knowledgable of the menu, and patiently offered many options to customize your sandwich. The dining area was small, but clean, simple, and pleasant. The bread was unusually fresh, soft, and delicious. For a sub, we can highly recommend this shop, rather than a national chain.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now. Especially with all the great reviews. Service was great, I was greeted with a smile and was taken care of great.
I ordered the turkey bacon sub and loaded fries. Turkey sub was ok I wish it was more Turkey added. The taste was good but tomatoes were cut super thick and sandwich was put together very sloppy. Loaded fries were not my favorite. I think it was the cheese that was used. I will give it another try in the near future

Just had one of the best cheese steaks I've had in years. Packed with meat and very juicy. The pizza looked delicious as well but so far I've only had the turkey and cheese steak, both were incredible

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Vestal! Their subs are delicious and the employees are extremely friendly/welcoming. I especially recommend the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub or the Thanksgiving sub.I've ordered both takeout and dine-in from this restaurant. Since this restaurant is on the small side, there are only a few tables available for dine-in, but I've never had an issue getting a table. The parking lot is also small and during busier times, you may need to park across the street, which isn't a big deal since the street is not heavily trafficked.

I absolutely love The Sub Factory, it is a staple for me. I often get their pizza, fries, cheeseburger sub, turkey sub, and the most scrumptious wings. The owners and the employees are always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Through all of my years of going there I have never had a bad memory, nor a bad meal.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wide floor for a wheelchair, and a spacious in the bathroom for a wheelchair.
I don’t get how this place is rated so highly, super disappointed. First and last time here. I got a “buffalo” chicken sub that barely had any Buffalo sauce. It was basically chicken fingers and blue cheese which is gross. The chicken and bread were decent but the toppings were butchered and whoever made it didn’t think about the person eating it at all. I also ordered loaded fries and those were so mediocre. The cheese was gross so it kind of ruined the entire thing. It was just one layer of grossly melted white cheese on the top. In my opinion, if you’re making loaded fries a more liquid cheese is a necessity so more than just the top layer has cheese. The version I was served looked like a half a$$ version thrown in a microwave. I threw my terrible food all out because it was that bad. Total waste of money. I should have know when the person answered the phone unpleasantly just to hang up, I almost did.
