Don't order GrubHub through here! I ordered a combo meal and they forgot the drink and the chips with my GrubHub order! I paid an extra $3 for that and I can't even get hold of them by phone

This store shouldn’t be operating anymore in this area. They hire very unprofessional people with an attitude and almost no experience on how to treat the clients. They also don’t have almost all the items shown to the clients either in store or in the app. The lady who met with me as I entered the store was so rude and I have no idea how they hire people like this. This store is an example of failure on how to manage a business

Terrible experience placed an online order for pick up and female employee told me that her Internet went down and the order didn’t come through, but her Internet was back up and she couldn’t look up my order number or just make the sandwich even though I showed her that it was paid for and everything. She said that I had to redo the order online. Made it very difficult for no reason.

Unfortunately, I wanted to give this more than one star because the first worker did everything right, but then bitchasarous came around the corner, and she couldn't substitute the cheese on a footlong dipper! I don't care for American cheese, and I wanted provolone! I know as a company they don't allow it, but another Subway in Windsor was able too and that person was really nice! Also, Bitchasarous didn't even greet me. Not coming back to this location.

The worker I just want to start off first with was really nice but don’t have wraps anymore unfortunately that is the only subway that doesn’t offer them only flatbread I don’t really care for flatbread won’t be back thank you again to the nice worker he was very polite.
Subs are typical for subway. Pretty consistent. Staff however is the most unfriendly I have ever experienced. They never smile and it seems like you are a bother to them to make you a sub. Lauren today was the worst. Very rude no smile and wouldn’t even hardly look at you. Sprinkle of veggies and when you asked for more she was annoyed. It’s sad actually. It has all the potential to be great being in a good location.

I love this location so much. I work nearby. And it’s not the food that brings me back the food is just like every other subway. The people that work there are absolutely so friendly. I go there on days where I’m feeling down and they always cheer me up. It’s one of the only places where I will sit down and eat inside. I love this subway location next to Wendy’s on the vestal parkway!
