The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The store is kept clean. There is a large variety of toppings and they are kept full. I wish they had more lowfat ice cream options rather than just chocolate all the time! 😊

Honestly, a terrible experience every time I'm in there (which isn't often for these reasons) For starters, it's normaly filthy. The floors look untouched, and so do most of the tables. The candy is usually stale, which makes more sense given it's out all day, but you'd assume it's swapped out at some point. And I have heard yelling and arguing among employees and what I assume is the manager. Speaking of, Sylvia is from what I can see, a lazy worker, and I think thats an understatement, I've walked in with either other people or just myself and she's usually on her phone, no greeting or casual hello, nothing until she has to ring me out.

The owner is so very kind and welcoming to all populations. Such a great place!

My friend and I ordered sweetfrog today online, It was soooooooo yummy 😋 we definitely didn't expect the large size and the toppings were perfect!! The gummy frigs were the perfect touch

This was a great spot for a quick dessert pick-me-up! Each ice cream station was fully stocked with a variety of flavors—they even had four different kinds of Dole Whip! There were tons of topping options too. This was definitely one of the better frozen yogurt shops we've been to. I went with the strawberry yogurt topped with cheesecake pieces, caramel chocolate candies, and white/milk chocolate chips. It totally hit the spot! The service was friendly enough and there was ample seating available.

Terrible service. My daughter filled the bottom of her cup with a flavor she couldn’t have with her celiac disease. We asked the blonde lady up front if we could have another cup since she’s allergic to the yogurt she had, the lady said “Well why can’t you just scrape it out and get something else?” I explained to her my child’s celiac disease and she finally threw ours away, but of course had to roll her eyes while doing it. The amount of ice cream in her cup was maybe 2 ounces. I understand that it’s wasteful and that we should’ve made sure before getting it, but why roll your eyes and huff and puff about it? This isn’t the only bad experience i’ve had with her. I asked another worker about her and they did confirm that she’s the manager.

My kid loves this place but is not well kept or well run. The employees are generally hiding out bk. The fruits where all looking rotten. The flavor my kid wanted wasn't working. Then they expect a tip. For what? Why in the world... does it ask what tip i want to leave? I recieved NO service at all. Thats like asking me what I want to tip a gas station emplyee at a self serve gas station.. which... I mean if they are doing a good job. But hiding in the back room. Having rotten fruit n not taking care of things. Deff is not how to get tips.

They have 10 different flavors of frozen yogurt and about 25 different toppings
And you can mix and match both. They also sell t-shirts.

Rude staff store is a mess

The cashier was super nice.
The place is clean and organized.
There were sample cups given out to sample any of the treats. The cashier was nice and then offered us more sample cups.
The toppings were abundant and weren’t cross contaminated.
Definitely recommend this place
