Rude staff store is a mess
The cashier was super nice.
The place is clean and organized.
There were sample cups given out to sample any of the treats. The cashier was nice and then offered us more sample cups.
The toppings were abundant and weren’t cross contaminated.

Every single flavor GONE. NOT THERE. #ANGRY. This place never has any frozen yogurt they just got goo that comes out of the machines. L workers. Not clean. Instant diarrhea. Never any toppings and if they are full its mixed with all the rest, hence never being clean.

I received the absolute best service today!A friendly greeting and willingness to help when I was deciding on flavors, even offered samples so I knew what I wanted! Really impressed! Thank you for the help and the suggestions during my visit, I will be back! ?

I got here 40 minutes before close and at least 4 of the machines were “out of order” and 3 more of the machines were empty and me and the people who came in after me were unable to get what we wanted. I tired another flavor and it tasted like it was spoiled. So I ended up not getting anything. On top of that the worker there was rude and unenthusiastic. Also all the napkin holders were empty so we were unable to use napkins. The worker was also cleaning instead of serving us. The friend I came with was also over charged. never coming back to this location

I don't come here often but when I do, I really enjoy the frozen yogurt. I’ve noticed the last few time’s visiting the vestal location it has a different atmosphere then last year. Very friendly, acknowledges me when I walk in and even had someone help with some new topping ideas. I just found out when checking out today it’s under new management. My kids loved the balloons. Thank you! I’ll be back more often.
