Tire patch. The kiosks are dumb. Had to have a employee help me. Should just get rid of the kiosks. She talked so fast I thought I was hearing the end of a prescription commercial where they rattle off possible side effects. Food was meh. And all the tables were dirty. And cost too much money for what you get. Save it and go to Applebee's instead.

This location is the absolute worst. Waited an hour for a mobile order. The staff inside were only making the food for the drive thru. There were about 10 people inside who had all been waiting the same amount of time as me if not longer. The staff had no idea what orders they were making, there was no system or structure at all. The staff started getting rude with the customers but everyone just wanted their food. Don’t tell people it’s going to be a few minutes when in reality it’s going to be an hr long wait.

I arrived and was welcomed with a smile immediately, very clean lobby as well; which is wonderful because I always like to eat in the store. My food was done fairly quickly, especially with the amount of car in the drive thru. My items were perfectly hot and received everything. This nice worker; Jon was very informative with the new items on the menu that I haven’t seen yet. He made the process run smoothly for me and was very kind. Overall; very nice customer service, nice hot food, and clean environment. Vestal Taco Bell for the win.
