What is with the attitude every single time we order on line???? There is NO system set up to get your on line order. Every single time I go in- wait atleast 10 minutes. They refuse to acknowledge you. Then you ask for your order and you get an attitude like no one can imagine! I can see my order ready. We will never be back unless someone tells us they have a pick up system. What’s the point ????

the tea at this place is terrible. generally oversteeped and low quality, the flavoring powder tastes awful, especially for the papaya flavor i tried once. their new series of tea comes out tasting of cardboard and plastic filter, presumably from the water. the zang zang tea series has flavoring with a thick, mealy texture. the fruit teas are okay but little more than juice. the only very good drink from here is the rose peach drink.
the wait times are generally ok but inconsistent.
the food is solid but the appetizers are not good. gyoza, the calamari salad, etc.
the eel rice bowl has a tiny portion of eel but the pork rice bowl is worth it. the beef rice bowl has good flavor. the ramen is generally solid, nothing special. it can be inconsistent with the amount of soup/noodles.
im generally not picky with the atmosphere, it is an okay place but the tables/chairs are a little unsteady, etc etc. it's solid for a quick meal.

First time in the area, picking up a load. Ordered through DoorDash, got delivered at the expected time. The pork dumplings were a good appetizer. It’s best to eat it hot. I don’t know if I was just hungry or it was truly that delicious🤤. I inhaled that Tonkotsu Ramen bowl and couldn’t even drive after that. And then the Passionfruit Smoothie to wash it down, so heavenly.🤦🏾‍♂️ If I’m ever in that part of town again, I’m definitely ordering from them again.

Deliciously fresh and spicy. I ordered the new Spicy Mala Ramen and it was delicious. Noodles were a good chewy and the broth and soft egg were perfect.
