Ordered a few appetizers, all good. Dinner plates arrived (we devoured the appetizers), wife got the steak and I got the ribs. Both the steak and rib dinners were cold when they arrived. We couldn’t believe this. Didn’t want to complain in fear of something I guess. Total disappointment, and went home unhappy.

*** thank you for your professionalism in responding. It is truly appreciated. I changed my service review to 5 star. Wish all owners have the same respect as you." First we picked our meat aand no gloves were used lady ripped ticket wrote on it and handed it to the bearded guy who slapped it on top of our choice with no gloves. Let alone just watched him touching his face before hand. Our server along with other servers were too busy chatting amongst each other and a some people that they knew that walked in. Looking around the small details that just are lazy to me. If you start a countdown for in this instance st. Patrick day, keep it up to date. They had a sign indicating the name of the bartender working and I guess the sign was wrong because no one was. Not trying to complain just observing from customers view.

Absolutely horrible.. I put myself on the list for 3 people and the app says 0-10 minutes. I get there to a large crowd of people standing there waiting and I check in and get told to wait 5-10 minutes. About 20 minutes pass by and a bunch of people who came in after us were being sat. I ask what the issue is and they say “oh we didn’t know you were inside- I’ll check you in now.” Did I not just check in 20 minutes ago? They then tell me to stand by the glass where they keep the bread and steaks and multiple employees kept reaching over me and acting as if I was in their way and that i was inconveniencing them when I WAS TOLD TO WAIT THERE. It then took about another 20 minutes to finally be sat. No apology or compensation offered. I will not be returning.

Ordered a 12 oz ribeye smothered and they charged me for a 20oz, I asked for it medium and it was rare, asked for onion and mushrooms and never received them. Our blooming onion was raw. Never got any refills until we were done with our meal and they tried charging me for things I didn’t get. Must be under new management bc I never had a problem there especially valentines weekend. Everyone at the table got their food first and had to wait for me lucky it was wasn’t cooked and didn’t have to wait long. Hate to say this but probably won’t ever be back there.

Food is amazing there. Went several times and have a good family's time. However, the atmosphere can be involved, sometimes music is too loud. See attached my favorite dish. Seasoning rice is delicious.

Y'all realize that large quantities of sodium and saturated fat are terrible for us, right? Sure, this place has great service and the food tastes amazing, but is it worth a quadruple bypass at 50? Highly recommend, if your Health Savings Account is fully funded.

We sat wayyyy in the back of the restaurant. We think our waitress was new, we also had kids with us. Our wait time we just outside comfortable, food took close to 30mins to arrive. My ribs were typical microwaved ribs. The first ribs was warm-ish the rest of the rack was cold as heck. To the point where I couldn't eat them. As usual no manager or waiter was around for me to inform. My kids did great at restaurant for 35 minutes, the let's just say we had to go immediately(why you don't bring a 10month old out to eat, you pick up and eat at home). Ribs and fries were good. Just cold. The overall atmosphere was pretty awesome, wish I had a TV view from where we sat. But there were a bunch of birthdays. We didn't catch the little dance that they do. Our waitress was okay, not the worst, not the best. The steak my wife got was pretty awesome. The fries were awesome. The ribs were dank just cold.

The food is consistently good, they offer curbside pickup. All in all an enjoyable experience.
Parking: We looked for a handicap parking spot but couldn't find one. Since we had to wait for a table we went outside and waited for a handicapped spot.

Poor service from Candice. Wrong steak. Everyone was finished when my steak was brought to the table. Manager was full of excuses. I will never go to a Texas Roadhouse anywhere ever!
