This place is a gem, stopped in as it looked like a good local spot. There was a packed house and the bartender did a good job at making room for 3 spots at the bar. Pizza, Speidie, Chili, Pretzel and ribeye sandwich were all AMAZING!! Great beer and whiskey list.

One of the few things I truly miss about living in the area is this little unassuming looking gem. The food is tasty, the beer selection is phenomenal, staff is friendly and helpful, and I have a lot of great memories hanging out with my friend group. True story; I didn't like beer, but came here to hang out with some friends and told the bartender 'yeah, not a beer person.' And challenged her to change my mind. She took it happily and well, she won. I'm sure they can win you over too ❤️
I have very mixed feelings about reviewing this place. On one hand I don’t want to review it at all in hopes that every time I come it will be the same people, on the other I want it to be here every time I’m in the area. Get the ribeye and ignore what it looks like I assure you it’s worth it. The pizza is good too. Thing is you are looking up bars for drinks and probably less concerned about the food. The beer selection has been better than most bars in the country let alone the area for years and continues to be. Did someone say whiskey, they have that too with a selection that would be home in Kentucky. Point is this may just be one of the best dive bars in the country, you can’t go wrong here unless you were after a domestic and they still probably have it.
