I have loved this place for years. Nothing fancy here, just good food. The pizza is my main draw. It's delicious cold! The city chicken is good. It's breaded, fried chicken breast cubes in a skewer... a good quick lunch. Enen though the bakery is about an hour from my house, it's a must go to at least once a month to stock up!

Ordered a 1/2 sheet of Plain Cheese Pizza. Everything I looked at said 10+change. large 17.99. Went to pickup and it was 17 just for a half. Not impressed at all. The pizza was good but not that price good.

The traditional pizza is def bakery style and is good but the white pizza is like cardboard. City chicken is horrible. The most annoying factor about this place is a promo posted at the counter that customers receive a 4% cash discount. That is a complete scam. You pay exactly the menu price if you pay with cash…NO discount. They add a surcharge to their regular prices if you pay with a credit card. Paying cash to avoid a surcharge is NOT a discount. con! Scam! Dishonest business practice!

ORDERED TWO SPECIAL SUBS , BOTH LARGE. THE EMPLOYEE MAKING THE SUBS SCRAPED THE BOTTOM OF THE LETTUCE BIN, AND GAVE US TWO HORRIBLE SANDWICHES.. NO TOMATO ON ONE, NO ONIONS IN THE BIN, SO WE DID NOT GET ANY ON EITHER SUB.. SLAPPED THE HAM ON A SUB, AND THAT WAS IT... I WENT BACK AND SHOWED THE YOUNG MAN, HOW HORRIBLE THE SANDWICH WAS, HE SPRINKLED A LITTLE MORE LETTUCE, AND A SLICE OF TOMATO.... BEWARE, IF THE SUBS ARE POORLY MADE LIKE THAT, BE SMARTER THAN I AM, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM... WE WERE RIPPED OFF

Each time we go to Vestal Bakery it’s been great. They also donated to our Cub Scout PWD that we held today. While waiting for our pizza, we tried the turnovers and cookies, both were delicious. Highly recommend them based off their food and customer service.

I was in line for 15 minutes and no pizza or stromboli was ever made for purchase. I had to pay extra money for a frozen pizza.

The food and service is inconsistent but when it is on, it is ON and one of my favorite pizzas. Sometimes it is just not made the same and is disappointing. Same thing with the service. I appreciate that they hire teenagers and give them the opportunity for their first job so is the service going to be amateur at times? Of course but we ALL started somewhere and none of you complainers were perfect in your first jobs either. Even though it can be disappointing at times, the times it is so good keeps us coming back. Their sub of the week is always a deal and their sub rolls are made in house and the bread is what makes a great sub.
