This place has gone down hill! We went on a normal Monday night (not after a holiday or college move in) and all the carts were in parking lot, and half the shelves were bare! It looked like they were going out of business! The return area was full of messy carts, worse than I've seen it the day after Christmas. The organization of the products was illogical. We wasted so much time looking for things. We do not plan to go back.

I bought a pack and play today. When I got home the product that was in the box was clearly not what it was supposed to be and was damaged. Looked chewed up by a pet. When I brought it back to the store they said they would not do anything because it's not the product on the box. A box they allowed to be on their shelves and sold to me. So this corporation just screwed me out of $102 that I worked hard for. Never shop here. They will steal your money with no remorse. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Crowded, malodorous, poor customer service and frankly many things are overpriced. It's a gimmick to bring in customers. There are far more options that offer better deals. Highly disappointed and regretful of buying online and having to return in store. I sum my visit as terrible and egregious. Some things will never change.

The store was bigger than what I thought.

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING, PERIOD! Walmart is, by far, my most visited store in Binghamton. I always come here to do my weekly grocery shopping, sometimes I come twice, thrice, or whatever the word for 4 times is. There was a period of time when I would drive here at 3AM. Why, you ask? BECAUSE IT'S 24/7! I really wish there is a Walmart near my house back at home because soon I'm gonna have to resort to other options.

Before coming to Binghamton, I've never stepped a foot into Walmart, but now, I'm a regular. It is conveniently 24/7 and has the lowest price available for all items. They have everything you can think of: food, clothes, pet supplies, electronics, home goods, beauty products, arts and crafts, toys, office supplies, and more. Walmart is my go-to place to get anything I need. On the norm, I usually just come here to get groceries, which they have a huge section of. The store is huge, clean, and a great place to go if you're trying to save money.

I printed about 400 photos from walmart.com and went to pick up my order at the photo center where a rude lady named Luanne "helped me". Upon arriving she told me that three of my photos were copyright protected and she could not give them to me. (Even though they were printed and sitting right in front of me.) I explained to her that my aunt just died on Saturday in a horrific accident which other family members had to witness. I was printing my aunts photos for the memorial. Luanne told me that she could not do it and called her manager. The manager JT came back and spoke to me and was sympathetic and kind. Luanne then grabbed the photos from JT and shoved them into the shredder right in front of me. SHE SHOVED THE PHOTOS OF MY LATE AUNT INTO THE SHREDDER IN FRONT OF ME. I flipped out of course because it was the most insensitive and rude thing I have ever witnessed. Luanne should be fired! And people should know the type of behavior she displayed. Walmart - why would you want a worker like this representing you?

ah wal-mart, the place you love to hate or hate to love. i have a few fond memories of when i was in my late teens and early 20s being broke and sober and having nothing to do, so my friends and i would go here late at night just for something to do. obviously, it's cheap and convenient, and that's why people go here. i really do try to find things in other places before i go here, but sometimes i come here as a last resort, and not every time i find what i'm looking for. other times i do find exactly what i was looking for at other stores and coudn't find, but i still feel guilty buying things here because of how they pay their workers. one big gripe that i have is that they have very little, if any, NY Mets merchandise. i really wanted to get a shirt or a hat earlier, but all i could find was NY Giants, NY Yankees, and BU Bratcats merch. The Mets just won the National League Championship, let's see some damn support!! Their clothing is hit or miss. i usually come here in the fall looking for flannel shirts, and while they have them, they don't have any that i like. they sell Dickies work clothes, which is nice, and i also use their cheap jeans for work too, but when it comes to casual clothes to wear out in public i don't like any pants they sell here. They also sell Pink Floyd shirts. Pink Floyd is boring and lame, they should sell NY Mets shirts instead. finding swim trunks here in August was also very difficult, it boggles my mind that they didn't have them in stock before labor day, a lot of people go swimming on labor day weekend. They do have a lot of pros for their grocery section. they are one of the cheapest places you can get cashews, which are great on brownies. they have an ok selection of BBQ sauces and hot sauce. lots of good frozen foods and an ok bakery. they used to have these soda cakes there a while back and they were really good but i haven't seen them there in years. they also used to have ok donuts, and they were super cheap if you bought them late at night, but they stopped selling those because there's a dunkin donuts in the store now. one reason i go here is because they are one of only 2 places around that sells a certain cut of meat i like at a decent price. i'm not gunna tell you what it is though because i don't want you yelpers buyin it before i do next time i want it! i wouldn't buy their ribs or pork shoulders though, the brand they use packs their pork with a salt solution as a preservative, you're better off going to wegmans for fresher meat. their electronics department is decent. sometimes i feel like i paid too much for new releases knowing that a few months down the road they would be a lot cheaper, but that's my fault for being impatient. they do have some deals that are too good to pass up though. overall, you should really be supporting other businesses, but sometimes this place is hard to pass up. i do like the self checkout, but even with that sometimes the lines are too long. i've been there before when i didn't find the main thing i wanted but still found a few other things, and then i saw the long lines and set my stuff down and left. at least sometimes you can get some good people watching stories out of the place.

Located at Town Square Mall, this Walmart supercenter is very well managed. I always get assistance anytime I need help finding something.

I've been to Walmart so many times that I could probably navigate the store with my eyes closed. They basically have everything that you need, but their groceries are lacking. Some things are just of bad quality, while there are just some things that you can't find. But that's okay, Walmart, I still love you regardless. I always come here to buy things that I need, but I usually end up buying so much more. Everything is so cheap, but it quickly adds up when you buy so much. And then I end up spending like $50+ on things I don't really need... like a Christmas mug, a cow pillow pet, 3 pounds of gummy bears... the list goes on.

THis walmart is very different from the one back home. I like it because the employees are happy to help you and aren't depressed all the time. The wage and living expenses that are cheaper in binghamton do make the difference between a good walmart and a bad one. Back home, the workers in Walmart are angry at their wages because what can you get in the astronomically inflated bay area for 8 dollars an hour? Absolutely nothing. So now back to this vestal/binghamton store, what can you get for 8 dollars an hour in binghamton? Well a house? a car? some groceries? clothes? supplies? The living cost makes the difference between angry walmart workers and ones that are willing to cooperate.

So its February in upstate NY.. I have a foot of snow in my driveway and a pellet stove that's empty. So off to the Vestal Walmart I go. I walk past the swimsuits, charcoal, grills, and swimming pool chemicals.. and they have no rock salt or pellets. They do however have gardening supplies and top soil. I am at a loss for words, or at least polite ones. This store is larger than most schools.. one would think that they would carry items that are needed NOW, if not instead of perhaps in addition to, the things that are needed 3 months from now. They would have probably sold thousands of dollars worth of pellets and salt over the past week.. but instead made 20-30 bucks on a couple bags of dirt.

I don't know why I am writing a review for Walmart but I 've been to this place over a hundred times. An essential to every college student. You can come here with 100 bucks and feel like a millionaire. Everything is so cheap. The sales associates are either a hit or miss, miss most of the time since the store is so big. I don't expect to know where everything is.

Its Walmart. You know what to expect. And at this location, you will find it. Super Huge, and Super Busy, but they have it all, grocery to tires. I hope you only come here to find something you have not been able to find in a smaller local store, remember, all the profits here leave the area, but if you cant find it anywhere else, it will be here. I use the "self checkout" and have not had any issues there, but I will say the lines for the checkout people were long. I did find the parking here to be difficult (at best) and some of the other patrons very aggressive, both in driving in the lot as well as cart management in the store.
