Our waitress was professional and awesome. We had a large party of kids and staff for lunch, from a shopping trip from Canandaigua Academy, that went to the Mall and stopped here for lunch. She did an outstanding job. 💯👌

The food was acceptable, but the experience was soured by the service. Our server was heavily focused on upselling, which felt uncomfortable. She claimed a dish we were ordering was not enough food, pressuring us to add more. When we declined the suggestion, she immediately contradicted her earlier statement. This pushy and disingenuous sales tactic is the primary reason for the two-star rating.

We enjoy going to Chili’s for an early dinner and Happy Hour. Thanks to Stacy the drinks and the service is spectacular!
Server was very friendly and was really nice, always checking in and being very helpful and polite, food was also pretty good, American-Mexican cuisine. Would recommend to anyone thinking about coming here.

I'm not big on the big chain restaurants, but this Chili's doesn't disappoint. Even when busy, they get your food out in a reasonable time. You also get a lot of food for your money. We always have leftovers. I'm hooked on their Nashville hot chicken tenders!
