I’ve come here many times through the years and have always enjoyed the food and drinks. Today the staff went above and beyond for great service. The person on the window, Blaze, did a fantastic job and so did the kitchen staff. Thank you for the treat and will look forward to next time!
This one in Victor, Great. Good selection and willing to help. The one on Buffalo Road not at all. They have terrible selection excuses for not having selection early in morning. Wouldn't take order day early or guaranteed time either.

Edit: Felt inclined to say that the customer service, promptness, coffee, and food at this location is fantastic. Mobile order ready within a timely fashion no matter how busy. Friendly workers who don't give off the vibe like youre bothering them by trying to order or pick up food. I had about given up on Dunkin after some pretty poor experiences at Farmington, but this store has totally earned my business.
