Unfortunately the wings were dried out and over cooked. Quite crunchy though! Have had good meals from Chili’s in the past so it’s hard to say but I will not likely return. Certainly not for “it’s just wings”

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

I’m honestly SUPER disappointed. I never leave reviews. But today I ordered 16 bone in wings and 8 boneless for my family. Disappointed is an understatement. I used to order from this location all the time and used to get my coworkers to order too! I spent $50 on garlic parm wings that were so spicy we couldn’t eat them, mind you, I have two kids 5 and under. The amount of fries that I used to get and got tonight was appalling. What did I spend $50 on for subpar inedible food? I also tried calling the location to complain but shocker couldn’t get through! I left a feedback on the site but doubt I’ll be contacted about this. Will not be ordering again, which is so sad because I literally loved this place. What a shame!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I used to love ordering delivery from this location. The portions were amazing. Now? You're lucky to get a cup of fries, and they count a quarter-sized piece of chicken not even 1/8-inch in height, towards your 11-count total (boneless wings). The picture included is what you get for $11 now. Compare that to the picture they post on their website.
