We went there yesterday for lunch and had such a great experience and the food was great! Benny took our order and made our sandwiches, and he was fantastic! Such great customer service and so kind & courteous. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares! We will definitely be back, our food was delicious!

Last night was my first time trying a sub from here, and they did not disappoint. The sub was amazing! Best one I've had in a long time, and you definitely get your moneys worth with what goes on the sub. The staff was also very patient and friendly. Well done.

It really, really, really pains me to write this review because Jersey Mike's is our "Go-To" place for Subs. But I sit here this morning waiting for a credit on an order I placed last night. But wait, I get ahead of myself. Here's the story: Last night I walked into the Victor Jersey Mike's location. They weren't too crowded. Only two people ahead of me, and a couple people waiting for their internet orders. I ordered; "A Regular #3 on white, and a Giant #66 on Rosemary." These were my exact words. I know because I do it at lease once/month. Everything's going well, or I thought it was. The # 3 was Mike's way, and was done first. When they went to cut it in half, I noticed it had a Rosemary Parm bread. I mentioned the mistake, and they quickly corrected it. Unfortunately, I was not able to verify the bread used for the #66 and it comes wrapped from the griddle area. (This will be important later). I went to check out and the guy behind the register said $31.83. This made perfect sense because on-line the cost came to $30.32. So zipped my card, and turned down the offer for a receipt. When they brought the #66 up, I noticed it was only a Regular. I brought that to their attention. They offered to me another regular, but turned it down as I did want the first one to cold. When I got to my car, I realized (or at lease I thought I realized), I was charged for a giant. So I went back in and requested a receipt. What I was charged for made no sense. On the receipt was a #13 ($3-$4 more than the #3), a Regular #66, and a "16 oz CPR JAR" costing $5.95. Half the workers there said they did not know was a CPR JAR was, and how to ring it up. Again, the worker who rung me up said he would process a refund. The correct amount with tip should have been $21.74. So I almost left $10+ on the table. THIS IS A REMINDER: Get a receipt, check it twice, see if the workers have been naughty or nice. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we return back to Victor's Jersey Mikes. Like I said, they are our "Go-To" sub place. Oh, I almost for, when I got home and unwrapped the #66, it was on PLAIN bread. I felt I was 'Trapped In the Drive-Thru" as Weird Al would say. Note: 12/1/23: credit received today.

My very first time here and it was really good. I’m a big DiBellas fan too, but this is right up there. I think I tasted a hint of garlic in my sun and not sure if there was. I’m going back tomorrow to try again and find out.

Stopped at the Victor location a few Saturdays ago. I had never been to a Jersey Mikes before. Got the mini sub which is the perfect size. It was delicious. The guys working behind the counter were awesome! Always moving, taking orders and answering people's questions. They were so nice and hardworking. Will definitely be back!

The food was good, a bit messy though, because my sandwich was dripping.The seating inside is extremely tight and uncomfortable. They were quick with the cold subs but the hot subs we ordered took 20 minutes. The person working the grill was far from "moving with a purpose". The rest of the employees worked fast and were polite.Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter with a wheelchair but moving around inside will be difficult. Everything is very close. The tables are so close to the line that trying to get up from the table to leave it use the bathroom is a task of asking everyone if you can get by them. With a wheelchair it will be much harder
