This location used to be ok but the food quality plummeted. Likely due to the high turnover. It’s new faces every single time I go in there. Also, this last time I was in there, I’m pretty sure they didn’t have the heater on. It was so cold inside we could see our breath. It was so cold inside there was a puddle of water on the table we sat at that had frozen solid. Moe’s, are you financially struggling and can’t afford to run the heater? Or do you turn the heater off so that people don’t stick around? Come on! Get it together!

Traveling for business and often get moes or chipotle may go to places while traveling. I came to this location and got salad bowl with chicken. I told the employee that I am only getting chicken , lettuce, cheese and not chips. She said I’ll have to charge extra and put an extra 1/2 scoop. Still it looked like no Chicken. Then I continued to register and she said $16 something!! I said for that bowl with barely chicken on it. I said I am sorry I am not paying this much and left ( this is why I was the only guest in store at 5:30 pm). I never do that but then I went to chipotle, and they made great bowl with out the extra $$$.

We used to frequent this place and now it will be a long time before we come back. My husband’s chicken club was poorly built when the girl was getting it off the grill half the inside was falling out onto the floor. The burritos barely had anything but black beans on them, no salsa whatsoever at the salsa bar and the place was a mess. The girl behind the counter was less than friendly and over all a crap dinner out!

This place used to be great. Now the portions are very small, they were out of sides, the salsa bar was empty, and every table was filthy since obviously no one had cleaned them in quite a while. The food tasted good but the size of the meal and the disgusting dining room made me not want to come back

Amazing food but HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE. It was 45 degrees inside the restaurant and the employees were listening to an 1800s opera radio, horrible and DEPRESSING. If I wanted to experience Eastern Europe I’d just visit. Food was phenomenal though, would recommend.

I could talk about them forgetting to include the sour cream or Moe's sauce on the side of my quesadilla. Or I could talk about how all the steak was on one side of the quesadilla and the pico de gallo was all on the other side. Best yet, I could just show you the quarter of the quesadilla that came with a single piece of steak, one tomato chunk, one piece of onion and a tiny bite of cheese. This location used to be the best in Rochester and every time I've ordered in the last few months, it has been poor quality and forgotten sides. Gonna have to go to Chipotle for lunch now, I guess

Paid for bowl of queso, they didn't include it. Tried calling to see if I could get it and no one answers. Tried this 3 different times and just to listen to hold music and get hung up on after 10 minutes each time. Was going to let it go but started eating my quesadilla - which by the way is a menu item and they didn't know what was supposed to be on it - and the rice is completely uncooked. Soda machine has never had any of the flavor options in over a year. Terrible service and food, couldn't be worse if they tried, and yeah, don't worry, they don't try.

For the most part Moe's is Moe's and this location isn't very different. This restaurant does have a great location with usually clean bathrooms and plenty of seating. Always a great option in a pinch.

We've been going to Moe's nearly every Monday for the past 8 years. For the past couple years in particular, the Victor location was awesome. The store manager was friendly and conversational and we could tell he put a lot of effort into making this store as good as it was. He paid close attention to ingredient quality and made sure sub-par food wasn't being sent out. Unfortunately, it seems like he's no longer working at this location, and over the past few months, every aspect of the experience has declined drastically. The employees are unfriendly and rude, don't have any attention to detail, and seem happy to serve the oldest driest meats that have clearly been sitting out all day. They also appear to have forgotten how to make the rice properly, as it's been flavorless mush the past several visits. It's really disappointing to see that the quality of this location depended so much on one hardworking manager, and that his absence caused such a difference. We've decided to stop hoping the poor quality has just been a fluke, and we won't be coming back.

Have been coming here for nearly a decade, since I was in middle school. Have frequented over a few hundred times easily. Some years almost every week or twice a week. The last few times have been extremely poor, which is obviously the blame of the staff. The portions get smaller (all the choice of whoever is serving you), the food quality gets worse, they’re always sold out of toppings and add ons. But this past time was the final straw. This young snarky girl who was acting like the boss/manager even though she’s clearly still like 18-19, had a horrible attitude off the rip. I got the very end of the steak, old and dry and fatty, even though as she was making my burrito they were throwing fresh steak on the grill. She gave me about half a serving in each burrito, and since it was the end of the steak I asked if she could add a little chicken. Not only was chicken sold out, she said that’s a normal serving and more would cost extra. There was about 6-8 pieces of steak on each one which means I got a super small burrito which was 90% toppings and 8% rice. Never had anyone give me such a small serving, usually 2-3 scoops. Then she claimed some queso sauce was an upcharge, which has never been the case. Then I asked the 2nd girl making my burrito if she could throw it on the grill, she asked the girl who was acting like a know it all boss said “erm actually that’s against our policy” i said “you stopped doing that?” And she said “thats never been done here, if it was it was against the rules, we dont take “special requests””. So the past 400 times i’ve been here with thousands of different workers and got my burrito the same way, was “against the rules”? And how do you grill a quesadilla? That’s right on the grill. So why would my burrito be any different? She was just intentionally being rude and maybe sucking up to the bosses. I miss when potheads and older dudes used to work here and just load up my burritos thicker than you can imagine. These young snobby snotty know it all kids who think they’re god’s answer to creation are just too much to handle. I’ll cook my own at home from now on, for half the price without any bs. And while I had this going on, the same girl was grilling some older lady about not having queso sauce, yet I just got some and asked for some with my chips and the dude at checkout gave it to me, but the girl was withholding a $1 jar of queso from this lady. If I ever decide to come here again, and see this girl, i’m instantly leaving.

Amazing service from all staff especially the manager (Nick) himself. My family and I were a couple hours late picking up our food due to an accident we were in.. My husband called and explained to the manager and he was very understanding and offered to make our food fresh when we were able to pick it up, when we arrived, you could feel such a positive and welcoming atmosphere from all of the employees and customers. 10/10 recommend this moes. :)

Quick, easy, reasonable. Way better than fast food. I like to find a Moe's when traveling and need to stop for a quick bite. It's decent food, that unlike fast food, actually provides some nourishment.
