Employees and managers alike are very courteous and helpful.
I come here often. Staff are great. Service is usually good. Had to clean off a table before I could sit down. NO HEAT. FREEZING in here. I have seen other reviews similar. When are you going to provide your customers with a clean, warm and wecoming atmosphere!Going back to Pittsford because they have heat in winter and A/C in the summer.Thank you.

I actually prefer the Chipotle down the street but I like to come here sometimes for something different. Food is pretty good, but sometimes the rice is undercooked and hard. Today the cashier was really nice but the other workers always seem careless and unprofessional. The manager seems good, but I think he needs to hire more customer service orientated people instead of people that look and act like they just walked in from off the street. The place isn’t necessarily dirty, but it seems kinda run down like they need a remodel. Also today I took my food to eat in my car bc it was FREEZING inside, but maybe their heat is broken since half the employees were wearing hoodies, who knows. But none of this bothers me too terribly, I will still come back here for the food.

Smells like a fresh smoked bowl outside. Inside, employees that don't even acknowledge you and don't seem to be working on online orders/doordashes. Dirty. Avoid this place, folks. Chipotles right down the road.

Went on a Sunday with my wife and 2 of our 3 kids, this was the best idea for a lazy Sunday afternoon. There were a few people and they still have a smart layout that it didn't feel too crowded. Much more games then when we were there for their grand opening season last year. Great feel for the prizes and how much tickets they were too!!
