Staff was very nice here, however the prices are too much. It is 1.19 for a sauce the size of a sauce from BK or McDonald’s(see picture). The pretzels were soft and delicious, and just came out. They’re better than auntie Anne’s, but like I said, way too expensive. We got the salted parm pretzels by themselves and paid for the extra sauce. We got a large. The cookies here are very good. But it's expensive. This cookie monster was a "mini cake" and was $8.99. I did the buy 3 get 1 free to try to get some kind of deal. My husband asked me how I could spend $18 on cookies. But he doesn't like desserts, lol. All of us that ate the cookies loved them!

The staff was amazing, all are kind and very helpful everytime I come in, I did come early in the morning as they were making the wonderful cookies, I asked when they would be open and the kind lady said 11 so I walked around for a little and then sat down at the bench outside the store so I could wait til they were open since I was a little early and they had the rudest customer trying to order even though they were obviously not open yet, the lady working handled it very well
