Pastel has been the best addition to the sleepy town of Victor thus far! As an elegant cookie cafe that specializes in small batches and super high quality stuff, the place is a much needed addition to the town. It's probably the most vibrant addition to Main Street, especially amongst the basic so-so eateries that have already been there. Pastel is more than a cafe---- it's a destination!I always buy my party trays here because there's about 12 different flavors...

The review left by another user (complaining about some containers) does not accurately reflect everyone's experience at Pastel, nor should it influence anyone else. She, in my humble opinion, is the reason why members of the restaurant and service industries choose to quit their jobs, especially because of poor attitudes from customers like hers!
