Worst experience ever. After waiting 45 minutes to get my pizza, asked if I wanted to get boxer to eat there and advice eat there as I’m not a local. I was not able to eat there as they were closing. Manager told us we couldn’t eat there and was very rude.

I went in at 7:40 ish while a woman was sweeping she dropped the broom on the floor and said what do you want. I asked if they were still opened and another employee said yes. So I ordered, they were very very rude. I later found out they close at 8 now. I get it is inconvenient taking someone's order right before you close, but I asked they said yes what do you want. I have never seen such bad customer service. I didn't even want the pizza after that. I won't be returning after this. I hope there would be some consequence for her action, I work in food service as well and if I did that I would no longer have a job.

After a bit of shopping at the mall, my son and I decided to get dinner here. We looked around the mall for gluten free options as my son was recently diagnosed with celiac’s disease. Places at the mall stated they offer gluten free but were refusing service as they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. When we got to Picraft the woman asked if it was an allergy or preference. After stating my son has the ‘allergy’ (not sure it is the right term, but most associate it as an allergy), she had a server pull dough from a separate fridge and build his pizza with topping separate from the regular toppings. I appreciated the attention as this was our first outing navigating celiac’s disease and options out. The team there was lovely. One star off for the mess on the tables and floors in the dining room. As much as I understand they only had an hour until closing, they were steady with business and should clear the tables/sweep when available. I’m not a fan of my feet sitting in other people’s messes/crumbs and tables that haven’t been wiped down. It hurts the experience. Definitely will return here though as everything else was fantastic.

Normally I had a lot of my price range but if you value quality over quantity and that will fill you up it's a great spot for the Chipotle or sandwich shop of pizzas. Except with a lot more flair than either of those.Vegetarian options: Fully customizable personal pizzas... Need I say more?

Don't order in the app. It doesn't give you an eta until after you check out so I didn't find out until after I paid that it would be an hour before my food was ready. They are so busy they can't answer the phone and when I went in person, I couldn't get any

My girlfriend has Celiac so while the rest of the family got Mark's she ordered a pizza here, 5 hours in advance specifically for her. They took her money and never brought the pizza. No phone call, no update, no information whatsoever. It's now over an hour past delivery time and they are not answering. I recommend Marks Pizza. Thanks Pi Craft!

We've gotten pizza from here more often than I'd like to admit. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They walk you through the options and craft your pie the way you'd like. The number and diversity of toppings is huge and it's fun to try a different mix each time. Don't forget to add a balsamic glaze and fresh basil before your pie's boxed.Vegetarian options: Their vegan cheese is pretty good, and their plain red sauce is vegan. There are loads of vegan toppings to pile on.

This has got to be one of the best Pizza Places with great food in the Victor area. You get to make your own with a wide selection of styles and toppings. The incredible Open Flame Pizza Oven with Rotating Pizza Stone is amazing to watch. You can have a beautiful cooked pizza start to finish in less than 10 minutes. I've been through 2 Punch Cards.
