Prime Steak House at Eastview

Ordered a New Zealand rack of lamb and calamari and tenderloin carpaccio. The rack of lamb was not cooked the way I wanted it. Half of it was cold and the calamari was a little salty. The tenderloin carpaccio looked so gross. They need to get their chef in line and maybe they will start getting customers. Bolshit food for the price they are asking. Never will I come here again cause that ruined my night out.

I really wanted to enjoy our food but it was not poorly cooked. The steak was charred black and inedible, the fries were decent at least.

The only good thing about this place, is that the server was nice. The food is horrible. Went for a rare night out and were very excited to have a great meal. The filet was horrible. Served with mushrooms that were rotten, ordered Crab legs and they were fishy and rubbery, served with a dried out lemon and cold butter. Worst margarita I’ve ever tasted. Calamari was cold and barely cooked. Dipping sauce was flavorless. Lobster Brie spring rolls tasted like vomit. French onion soup was tasteless. Just all around disgusting and disappointing. Couldn’t even eat the food.

Terrible service. After being ignored 15 minutes at our table we got up and left.

Nothing to put your money on!!! Mashed potatoes were just mash no salt no butter.... rack of lamb was far from good, cowboy steak was decent but bonefish does waaaay better lamb chops. Brussels were decent... the water!!!! That..... was great!!!! I’d rather go to outback or even Chili’s that I don’t like at all. Anyway, lesson learned. $150 down the drain for a good lesson.

Wanted to have a drink and a quick appetizer at the bar. There weren’t many people there, which should be telling for a Saturday night. The bartender took our order and got us our drinks fairly quickly. The drinks weren’t great. We then waited one hour for a shrimp cocktail- 4 shrimp thrown on some limp lettuce and a cup of cocktail sauce. The shrimp were room temperature. Horrible service, grossly overpriced. This was the second (had terrible dinner the first time) and last time I will go there.

We had our second horrible experience with this place. Poor service, staff complaining about each other in front of customers. Just awful- save your money!!

Extremely expensive for a mall destination restaurant. 2 weeks before Christmas and the place was empty. Server had a great personality, though.

There menu is crazy out priced! You pay for for everything! You pay for steak like three times market price! You get no side dishes unless you order and pay for them!

Amazing service. Food is top notch. Don’t expect to come here and be in and out. Quality food takes time. This is an amazing example of what a steakhouse should ACTUALLY be. Look past the bad reviews because this place is totally worth it !! If I could give 10 stars I would. Truly amazing food and atmosphere. Great addition to Eastview mall!!!!

Seafood Delight was awesome and the Kona Strip Steak with Creamed Spinach! Our server was very nice. I was told this restaurant is under new management and getting staffed for the holidays! We will be back!

Service was terrible, food less than acceptable. Want to charge Steak House prices for steak that is not cooked to requested temp, condiments cold, sides were small, overpriced. Very disappointing. We enjoy dining out a lot and do not look at prices, want quality food and good service and will gladly pay the price.
